I have no complaints about the pickup location. I do have a complaint about the reservation system. I called the local number for the location where I wanted to pick up the trailer. Of course, everyone is busy, so I'm transferred to a call center. Even though I've rented about a dozen times, they still had to get all my information again. Then, when I said I only needed the trailer for the day, and would pick up at 9 am, the person on the line gave me a 3pm return time. When I said that was too short, she said she would give me the daily rate, so I could return the following day at the same time, for the same price. Why even go through that step? Then they don't have any trailers at the location I want, at the time I want. It took a few minutes to get that figured out. Why not cover that first? Too remote, too complicated, and too disorganized, in my opinion. And of course, then the text message wanting me to verify everything before I leave the lot, even though they've just taken pictures of everything. I have to stop, allow location on my device etc. etc.It reminds me of a Mitch Hedberg routine. He buys a donut, they ask him if he wants a receipt. He says "I can't imagine a situation where I would need a receipt for a donut. I give you the money, you give me the donut. End of transaction."

I recently rented a motorcycle trailer for one day.The customer service representatives were prompt, professional, and made sure I understood everything as part of my rental agreement and we're very quick to help me get connected to the trailer.

I rang the propane bell for a refill and no one responded. I find a guy with a pushbroom who informs me that there's no staff on duty licensed to refill. "Come back at 7 am." Well sir if i have to make another trip for this, it won't be to come here.

I scheduled an appointment for the installation of a hitch. Showed up at appointed time, and after being basically ignored for 15 minutes was told the hitch guy was having car trouble. They did not apologize and acted like it was no big deal. I had a one hour round trip waisted and they could care less.

Absolutely the most awesome folks. I have been coming here for 4 years. They always take care of me. Yea it’s a wait sometimes but always well worth it. Complaining about a wait time in today’s world. Is like punching yourself in the face. Not going to get you anywhere we need to be. Complain about people not working!! Staffing is an issue everywhere! Folks are always nice and courteous and I’m always glad to come here for my needs.

The employee working the counter, told me that he didn’t have a furniture dolly for me, even though I had ordered one. I was renting equipment to move furniture, and I couldn’t do it without the equipment that I ordered. The employee was less than helpful and told me he could cancel my order if that’s what I wanted to do. I was given the business card of the manager. I called him twice and with no answer. This was a terrible experience. Every time I go to this location it’s some sort of calamity.

Best U-Haul place around. Clean, friendly employees, honest and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little long because it’s busy due to the fact most people know it’s the best one but it’s worth it. I’ve rented here 5-6 times now with zero issues.

Reserved a "guarateed" pickup truck to help me do some work. Got to the store, waited 30 minutes to get helped, and guess what? They don't have any pickup trucks! Called customer service to lodge a complaint about false advertisement only to be told that its not and hung up on when I asked for a manager. I have potentially lost $3000 due to this situation. Their explanation is "guaranteed means we trust the person before you to bring it back on time". If you aren't able to guarantee something DO NOT offer it as guaranteed. I will NEVER use U-Haul again.

When I signed up for the unit, I was told that we would have access until 10pm. However, the doors lock at 7pm, and you have to access through a very small door, making furniture moving INCREDIBLY difficult. This was also not communicated to me, so we spent a half an hour trying to figure out how to get in and then another hour hoisting couches and tables through a very narrow door instead of the usual double doors. Also, the number to text to ask for help after hours never replied or answered the phone. Very disappointing service.

I was hauling my car on an auto transport when straps got lose (even though I had checked them twice before driving off and could not make them any tighter) and my car fell off the trailer and ended up in a ditch on the side of the road. The straps were not properly maintained and the could not hold the tension needed for the jobI will be posting several negative reviews of uhaul on other websites for a long time

On Saturday 5/13 I arrived to pickup a 26 footer from online reservation at 1030 as stated in agreement. However after standing in line for 43 minutes i was told they had no more. The couple in front of me waited over an hour to get taken care of. Get more employees or go broke

Second time installing hitch. I re confirmed the service is horrible. The guy who install the hinch is very rude and no accountability when they do wrong. I dont recommend this place to install a hitches...

Want to buy Boxes? Don't take cash they don't take it! Cash is legal tender in the US. Call your representatives to pass H.R.4395 - Payment Choice Act and tell them to pass this to stop this silliness. If electronics go down guess what with simple math you can use cash.

Uhual itself is great, but the staff at this location are completely incompetent. I have had multiple jobs here, and all of them have went horrible. They don't do what they say they're going to do, and they can't even complete something as simple as a reservation.
