Had a great experience with an easy in and out process with the GM of this location. I wish UHaul as a company took a bit better care of their trucks (this one needs a windshield pretty badly!) but having a painless check in and out for a quick day trip to Fort Smith to pick up a load that wouldn’t fit in my car was worth it to overlook the condition a bit. Great customer service and much easier to maneuver in than the Springdale location!

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a U-Haul truck. They will lie to you and tell you they don’t have the cheaper trucks even if they have SEVERAL in sight on the lot. All 3 of their pickup trucks weren’t working,3 vans weren’t working, they had 6 10’ trucks and somehow none of them worked so I had no choice but to get the 15’ truck. Wouldn’t ya know it a $35 rental turned into a $200 rental. They charged me for more miles then I put on the truck. This is the first review I’ve ever left but I just felt like I needed to warn anyone who is needing these services because if your using a U-Haul chances are life is already difficult at this time. So it just makes it that much more aggravating to get taken advantage of by a big corporation in my already trying time. Just use someone else.

I have been over two months for a hitch to be installed for my vehicle. I have called on customer service more than 5 times and only once I got a call back from the store. The store told me they would call back to let me know when the part would be in, and I never got that call back until I had filed a complaint on them. Now I am getting the run around for getting compensation for wasted time from customer service to the GM. I’ve never had such horrible service.

Vary rude couldn't take the time to check in my rental so I could get a receipt or get my deposit back. The so called manager wouldn't answer her phone and after nearly a hour she text back and we are having to drive a hour and a half away just to get our deposit back. Very bad customer service.

Checked in online. Was less than 2 hours after scheduled check in and my truck was gone.No call, no email, already checked in with my Debit card so they had payment.Look at the one star reviews for this location before renting from here.Edited to add- while waiting outside for someone to pick me up I asked why I couldn't take one of the other trucks on site, same as the one I rented. She said they were reserved and I'd have to pay another $50 deposit to take one.Very interesting and I am headed elsewhere.

They attached the trailer incorrectly, the pin fell out as we were doing 80 on the highway. It could have been much worse and our vehicle could have been damaged, but thankfully was not. A warning to double and triple check how they hook up your trailer and to not blindly trust it was done safely.

This was my first experience ever renting a moving truck, unfortunately for me, my unfamiliarity with renting a moving truck and not doing my due diligence after I took possession of the truck, more specifically not taking picture of odometer to verify everything was correct and matched with what I signed on contract, I paid the price of being falsely accused of putting more miles on it then what I actually had. I tried to explain myself at the office, hoping that they would understand, and do what is right to help me out, but I got know sympathy for my obvious omission, would not even try to help me out. They just turned this around on me, basically stating this was my fault for not verifying the miles, and because I could not prove them wrong with actual evidence I was out of luck. As a consumer, I came to this establishment trusting that they would do what is right, never would I imagine that they would fraudulently allow me to sign a contract that was inaccurately stated, lesson learned, hopefully this will help someone in the future not be played as I have. If I could give them 0 stars rating I would, would not recommend this place to my friends or family! P.S. I am not the type of person to ever leave any negative review, however in this instance, with the experience that I went through, I just felt impelled to share this, so that this does not happen to someone else, and no telling how many others this has already happened to.

Worst location do not use. They will lie to you to up sell. When you show them everything is correct they will start another lie. They hold Uboxs longer than necessary and make it impossible to get so they can charge you more per day. Would never do business again with this location. They are so lazy and claim equipment is broke so they do not have to do work. Then a few days later they state equipment really wasn't broke and cone up with different lie. Not worth the trouble and the double the expense when you finally get your possessions.

Always got my back. I have been here more than 20 times hahaha. I find it I want it I buy it, and they have whatever I need to pick it up. Im a restoration furniture guy and its super easy for them to keep my trailer hahaha.

Short Story: The uHaul Dealer in Rogers was professional, reassuring, well priced, and proactive. True professionals, couldn't be happier to have come here in our time of need. Long story: My wife and I needed to move to Florida for my new job, and we had originally contracted a moving service from the Chicago area, but on moving day they tried to charge nearly double their contracted rate. I called the U-Haul Dealer in Rogers for a 26' truck, two dollys, a furnature dolly, and as many blankets as could be provided. The store manager said he understood completely and helped in a friendly, curteous manner I had not been expecting considering the nature of the request. Upon arriving, my wife filled out the paperwork, got the keys, and was told in a professional, reassuring manner how to best load and drive the truck. This place truly stepped up above and beyond in order to help, and I reccommend renting from these professionals, regardless of how far you're moving!
