I was helped quickly and all questions I had were answered. I was able to wait in the lobby and the estimated completion time was accurate. I was told about 45-1hr wait and I waited about an hour and there was a handful of people picking up and dropping off as well.

I was told by another mechanic my car needed $5500 worth of work. This group gave it a look and said the other guys were not being truthful. They did the alignment as I asked and the car drives great now.
