Lots of brands you can't find every where else. Went Saturday before Easter, was a mad house

We don’t shop here for everything, but they have some specialty items that I rely on obtaining here- Chilean sea bass, imported anchovies, etc. The things that irk me about the store are hit and miss customer service and tight display items that cause traffic jams for customers. Examples: the flowers by the front door. Why is this the spot? Nobody just grabs flowers and keeps going, they stop and block and pickup and put back. The guys in the meat and fish department…man the vibe is terrible…there’s no chit chat or smiles. How can I help you is about the extent of it, then slap your stuff on the counter and say “next!”. No handoffs or have a nice day. Deli folks huddle together chatting, nobody asks you if you have questions or are looking for something specific. I have had many very friendly cashiers, so kudos there. But, when a new register opens they don’t “take the next person”, it just turns into a whoever can bomb it over there. This is very frustrating, we all know who was and was not next - cashiers should manage this because it affects the shopping experience.

Usually enjoy this place, but the food from the deli was quite disappointing. After the Mac and cheese was scooped, we then found out it was cold. And no option to have it heated. Same with the Gouda pasta salad. And they both tasted the same. But fortunately, a refund was possible

Not the type guy to write a negative review but Talked with Jared in the meat dpt, or someone who’s name muttered sounds like Jared. Two cents: Maybe don’t hold your breath to get off the phone and actually try and serve your customer. No insight or kind nature about my interaction…. And btw apparently they don’t have grass fed steak. Lol.

I went into get some groceries and the store was super stocked on what I needed. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the customer service experience. My cashier “Iza” or “Isa” was rude. When I arrived near the check out line, I looked over and noticed “Iza or “Isa” wasn’t helping anyone. So I asked here “Hey! Is your register open?” She didn’t reply but directed me with her hand to head to her direction. She was clearly frustrated at the moment and continued to scan my items. She bagged all my items very forcefully and continued to huff with her breathing. I will never shop here again. I was treated wrongfully and I was disrespected by an employee at the fresh market.

I'm torn... it's not bad... but if you've ever been in a Central Market or Sprouts (not sure where all they are none around here - but many in Dallas metroplex) you'll be disappointed. Around here Akins, Whole Foods or ONF would be comparable. Some similar concepts - nice selection of produce. Great selection of bulk items. Meat counter, deli counter - both fine. Prices seemed a bit high but not crazy. I'd been warned checkout times could be long but I walked up to zero line.Prepared food looked like a bad line at Golden Corral - everything looked dry and tired. Like it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours and it was just after noon on a Sat! I wanted to find lunch bites there but just couldn't... nothing looked glossy or tender or inviting! Fair selection of snack food. Disappointed in specialty food selection which I thought would be their strength - for example - no low carb pasta! The good. Great cheese selection! Happy dance, they even had pâté! YaY!!! Ok, so maybe I'm spoiled but Whole Foods is better - way more selection! But the real winner is Ozark Natural Food!! ONF! Their prepared food is chef's kiss!! Hot entrees and salad bar are mega hits and frankly the vibe is so fabulous it makes me happy just walking in!! Ok, enough about ONF.I didn't hate Fresh Market but it's lack luster and uninspiring. Will I be back? Maybe... if I'm already at Pinnacle I might stop in and see if my first visit was the exception or the norm. But if I'm plotting a foodie trip I'll stay south and hit ONF!

The cashiers are really nice and I love the produce and the sushi. The bakery employees always seem put off and annoyed that you want something from the baked goods case but everything else is great

What a beautiful store! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The layout of the store was clear and most rows were roomy for two cars to traverse. The fruits and vegetables were so fresh! We were able to load up our airbnb for the week with just the one shopping trip. They're located in a large mall so parking is not an issue. If you're looking for organic produce and meats, this is the place!

So exciting to know Bentonville has a cheese shop recognized by Food and Wine magazine as one of the top 10 in the country! So many delicious cheeses and meats and samples are available. The staff is so knowledgeable about the offerings and how to best use them if you are unsure. A favorite place to take guests.

I love this store. They have the freshest meat, fruit, and vegetables in Northwest Arkansas. They're more expensive than Walmart or Harp's, but the extra cost is worth it. Their customer service is excellent. I'd definitely go back again.

I was going to try to place a delivery order from Fresh Market because I'd read all the great reviews, but it turns out they use Instacart for their delivery. Instacart grossly exploits its contracted labor force-- it pays workers well below minimum wage to shop and deliver, doesn't enforce food safety standards, and during the pandemic refused to pay for PPE or assist with sick leave for their workers who inevitably got COVID from being out in the grocery stores as front line workers helping families stay home and safe. Did you know an Instacart shopper could be assigned a shopping trip to multiple stores for up to three customers--shopping for potentially hundreds of items and driving dozens of miles, and Instacart will pay them as low as $7 for all three orders combined? Customer 3's ice cream and meat will definitely be sitting in a hot trunk for an hour while they drive around delivering the first two orders. I can't believe a reputable business would align themselves with such a shady company.

Always enjoy a stroll through the Fresh Market. I always grab fresh flowers - the tulips!!! Produce, bread, meat counter, my Splits pretzels and almond milk. Alas, I specifically come to this market to get my almond milk and they are almost always completely out!!!! HELP, need almond milk! In stock!

A plethora of meat, fish, cheese, and prepared foods, a decent wine selection, hard to-find veggies like Fennel, etc available. Great grocery store, expect to pay a premium.
