I selected a very cool Daredevil funko pop vinyl to purchase. It was out on the shelf, for sale with all the other funko pops. It would not scan at checkout, employee came up and took it from me and said I could not buy it, it wasn’t supposed to be for sale yet. I of course asked why then was it out on the shelf for sale? She couldn’t give me and answer, called a manager over and she took my item and said it isn’t available until June. I again asked why was it out for sale if it isn’t, she claimed a new employee must have mistakenly put it out. I told them that’s not my problem, it’s their mistake, it was out for sale and I should be allowed to do so. They refused to let me, said I could come back in June. I asked if they could guarantee one would be available, they could not. Never have I been denied purchasing an item that a retail store had out to be purchased! What a joke, no, I will not be back in June or ever.

I had a good overall shopping experience this morning at the Rogers Arkansas store. I would have stayed longer but ran out of money ????

Super easy to shop online, in-store, and do returns. Usually, it has everything I need in stock, too. The app is very accurate to items in stock, too, so I can't check before I leave.

Really unpleasant experience with this store and electronics. I purchased a cheap webcam through the drive-up/pick-up and was disappointed in the quality. The very next day I attempted to return it, and was denied the return because the item code on the box and the tag on the camera did not match despite the camera being an exact visual match as the box and the online order image. Target believed I was trying to dupe them, but in reality I feel duped by Target. If Target is going to check electronics at time of return, they should also be checking that they match before point of sale to avoid falsely blaming the customer. Side note: I returned a pair of pants the same day that costed more than the web cam, but no one checked to make sure that item matched. Where is the consistency?
I ended up being able to return the item through the mail-in option, but still had to advocate for myself to do so. Double check your electronics from this store before purchasing.

Everything I tried to buy was not the listed price some items weren’t even priced at all making me leave what I was going to buy at the register which is super frustrating because it took me forever to find those items without any associate help I’ll shop at Walmart from now on.

Cross your fingers youDon’t get hit in their parking lot they won’t provide their camera footage for you even though you spend money at their store.
