I just wanted to give a shout out to Kalib in the print shop.I was having problems with my project and he went out of his way to go above and beyond to help me.It's that kind of customer service that is rare today and it doesn't go unnoticed.Give him a raise or make him store manager.He's a keeper, make sure he stays

My visit to this store was in search of paper to make some invitations.I obtained a limited option of material as a proposal from the person in charge of customer service, who limited herself to offering what she had near her (on the counter) Saying that it was the only thing they had.Since I didn't like their limited options, I decided to look for others on my own in the store shelves and found some pre-made invitations that I loved!... (after almost 30 minutes of searching)I think that if the staff knew their inventory better, the visit to the store would be more pleasant to find what one is looking for.And probably then I could have more time to buy something extra.

Walked in and did not see one happy employee. Great! Went to the area for printing and was greeted by a unhappy employee. Ugh. I’ll just do what I came here to do. The female employee told me to come around to her work station to start my order. Kewl. I gave her my memory stick, told her what I needed, and she became frustrated bc my files couldn’t be highlighted all together so she could hit one button. Print. I asked her if everything was okay, she then told me her frustration. Yes I had 12 files for her to print. In the meantime, another employee was helping with return order from Amazon. She was clearly annoyed by this process. A customer needed to be checked out, and she radioed that she’s “stuck” helping “these” customers for returns. Then another angry employee that I witnessed talking into their Walky, “fine, I’ll do it.” His face said even more. Like wow. I even said something along the lines of wow, y’all really love to work here. The employee helping with amazon returns said, yea we’ll this isn’t our job and this keeps us away from paying customers. WHAT??? Who’s to say the person that you are helping doesn’t come into this store to shop???? And I told her that, me as a customer shouldn’t know her frustration about her job. Take it up with management. She said she had…. These employees are irritable and clearly dont give a fu€¥.

Not greeted or acknowledged by a single employee. Cashier was sitting on his butt on a stool playing with phone. What a joke. That's why Amazon is winning. Came home and ordered several hundred dollars from Amazon.

Staples gave me a five day order completion and were rather rude about it. Went down the street to A&B Reprographics and my order was done in 15 mins. Just sayin.

If you're looking for office supplies, and you want to see something in person instead of online, you're definitely in the right place. Plus, if you need help or have questions, the staff is happy to help. Not like the big box stores.

Needed to do an Amazon return and their system was down with no eta as to when it would be back up. I will update once I am able to process my return. Cashier couldnt even give me a rough estimate as to how many days it would be, which is reason for negative review.

Just had a great experience at Staples. The associate, Tally, I hope this is her spelling, helped me print cards for my class, and was very detailed until we reached the quality needed. And everyone else at the store was super helpful. Thank you all!!

Linda that works in printing is very rude. I’ve came here on 3 different occasions and it is always something. For one, she never greets me when i walk up to the counter. She stares at me and from where she is standing she waits for me to yell across to her what I need. Today I placed 2 separate orders and she argued with me that i had placed 3. When i asked her to show me the order numbers..2 were the same. She then said “oh so i don't know how to do my job??” I ignored her and asked for a second bag she said “you can’t just put it in the other bag?” I will say the young lady that works there (i don’t know her name) is the complete opposite and extremely nice.

If there was a way to put zero stars I would do it, when I called the store asking for help about an order they guy that answered my call was probably having a bad day, and he was kind of rude. He did not want to answer the question I was asking all he said was...."did you receive the message?" with a pretty unpolite tone.I ordered something from here trying to find local sources but, with this kind of service, sure I rather order from other place.

God awful customer service. Came in to buy hundreds of dollars of items for my work. Treated rudely by a cashier and manager. Taking our business elsewhere if they don't want it.

Absolutely ridiculous store staff. They couldn't print my business cards centered and tried to tell me that they had to fix the design, even though it was a template from their site. The woman in the print shop did nothing but argue and deny that it was off center, refusing to take a ruler to it. When I asked them to refund my money, she just walked away. Terrible. Avoid.

Called the same store for information on label printing 2 times . Called Tulsa got answer other than drive 47 miles and we can look thento se if we have them but I don't think so!?!!? What kinda company you got going. Or folk's anyway!

Very disappointing customer service. Friend purchased a desk online, tried to return it, but manager would not allow it, even though it was just barely outside the return window. When did big box retailers start withers ridiculously short return window? Will not bring any future business to this company.
