Employees were super slow and unhelpful. They had very little knowledge about the computers and printers they are in charge off. The lady seemed mad because I was asking questions. I just needed to figure out how to work their system to print 5 sheets of paper. The lady was "behind on orders" and it was gonna be 24hrs according to her. What a joke.

I tried to drop off returns for Amazon and Linda was the most awful employee I’ve ever experienced. If she was my employee, she would now be someone else’s problem. She was so rude I could not even imagine being treated the way she treated me.

Tried to get help from the printing area to print off some wedding invitations and address labels only for the lady working the desk to immediately tell us to go to the self serve print area. After putting in my card information I find out that the printer won't even print that size (5x7). Whoever the lady was working the print area desk needs to be moved to a position where she doesn't interact with people because she was no help and didn't hide the fact that she wasn't planning on being any help. Won't ever be back

Called to check on a toner cartridge before leaving and was told it was in store and drove an hour and a half for it to be told they don’t have it, poor customer service!!!

I arrived at the store in Rogers about 10:30 a.m. and only saw one employee. He was talking with a customer at the counter. I just wanted 2 items but had no idea where to look in this large store. I said excuse me and the employee told me he was with a customer and I should wait. His tone and attitude was perturbed and short. I said I was sorry and waited till he finished and asked my question and he gave me the aisle number. I felt he was rude and could have handled my interruption with a little more respect. Same employee checked me out at 10:38 a.m. 3-18-24.

Wow, just tried to do an Amazon return in here and that customer service was absurdly bad. They were incredibly vocal about how much they hate Amazon, how they hate these returns, and made those of us in line feel very uncomfortable. One even stormed out during a return after complaining, the next threw the qr code scanner down on the counter. The eye rolling was out of control. I will never do a return here again.

Took flash drive in to get 3 large documents printed at 10:30am today, was suppose to be a 2 hour wait. Heard nothing and went back in to pick it up at 2pm and they had not done the printing yet. I promptly cancelled the order, will take my business elsewhere.
If you’re a business person and time is a factor, do not go here. Our time is just as valuable. The person could have done it this morning because no printers were being used and nobody was waiting.
Customer service skills and a pro active work ethic are a must.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Kalib in the print shop.I was having problems with my project and he went out of his way to go above and beyond to help me.It's that kind of customer service that is rare today and it doesn't go unnoticed.Give him a raise or make him store manager.He's a keeper, make sure he stays

My visit to this store was in search of paper to make some invitations.I obtained a limited option of material as a proposal from the person in charge of customer service, who limited herself to offering what she had near her (on the counter) Saying that it was the only thing they had.Since I didn't like their limited options, I decided to look for others on my own in the store shelves and found some pre-made invitations that I loved!... (after almost 30 minutes of searching)I think that if the staff knew their inventory better, the visit to the store would be more pleasant to find what one is looking for.And probably then I could have more time to buy something extra.

Walked in and did not see one happy employee. Great! Went to the area for printing and was greeted by a unhappy employee. Ugh. I’ll just do what I came here to do. The female employee told me to come around to her work station to start my order. Kewl. I gave her my memory stick, told her what I needed, and she became frustrated bc my files couldn’t be highlighted all together so she could hit one button. Print. I asked her if everything was okay, she then told me her frustration. Yes I had 12 files for her to print. In the meantime, another employee was helping with return order from Amazon. She was clearly annoyed by this process. A customer needed to be checked out, and she radioed that she’s “stuck” helping “these” customers for returns. Then another angry employee that I witnessed talking into their Walky, “fine, I’ll do it.” His face said even more. Like wow. I even said something along the lines of wow, y’all really love to work here. The employee helping with amazon returns said, yea we’ll this isn’t our job and this keeps us away from paying customers. WHAT??? Who’s to say the person that you are helping doesn’t come into this store to shop???? And I told her that, me as a customer shouldn’t know her frustration about her job. Take it up with management. She said she had…. These employees are irritable and clearly dont give a fu€¥.
