WOW this place is top-notch! I brought a very dirty car in and they cheerfully cleaned it inside and out, top to bottom while I waited comfortably in the lobby. Even gave me a discount because it was my first visit! Excellent customer service and I feel like I’m leaving with a new car. Like Arnold says, I’ll be back!

Worse car wash ever NOT WORTH $55!!! So call detail took 10 minutes. I had to point out bottom of door slash guard still untouched. Once home the front hood still had hard bug markings. Bumper was not cleaned. Used to be great three years ago. NEVER AGAIN

After pulling my Jeep over 3,000 miles behind a motor home in all kinds of weather and carrying a German Shepherd in the back for excursions, it was beyond nasty.
The crew at Splash worked on it for at least 45 minutes with 4 people staying busy.
The finished product was fantastic! My Jeep was like new!

The crew did such a great job today. Naomi was so sweet to talk to you inside, and the one who cleaned my truck paid extra attention to it. I've got a client coming in for a tour on Monday and it looks pristine for him. Thank you!

Try it before you buy a membership.
Experience at this location has not been consistent. Some visits have been good, but others not great. Paid for an interior detail today and when they told me I was good to go, I got in my car and my car floor mats were all soaked and not wiped down at all, wet dirty rags were still sitting on my console when I went to leave. Had to ask them to finish the job and wait even longer. Wasn’t expecting it to take a nearly hour to get my car washed and vacuumed.

Another car wash got hydraulic oil all over our new car. We went to Splash and I told them I didn’t want the oil getting on their equipment so a super nice gentleman named Brad hand washed all of the oil off and then ran us through the tunnel wash.
Occasionally, a business stands out with exemplary customer service. Needless to say, we are now members at Splash.
