We loved dealing with Kenny. Best experience my family has ever had at a dealership and with a car dealer. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I always recommend Kenny to friends and family. We have purchased 3 cars with him and are looking forward to continue to buy with Kenny!

I was trying to decide between a Nissan or a Toyota. Landers pre-owned lot had both and the sales rep I met, Jon Harper, did a great job of showing me what they had available. After trying 3 trucks, I knew what I wanted. By the next day, they had it detailed, fueled up and ready to go. After a quick run to the bank and signing some paperwork, I left in my Tundra. Jon was great to work with and I would recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks for a great experience. It was a 1000% better than I expected.

Lake Mills was my service advisor. He was very courteous and helpful. He made sure I received a First Responder discount, and let me know I could pick up my vehicle until 530 in case I was delayed. I would recommend him for any service needs at Landers Toyota.

With a 4.7 rating I thought I would get an amazing experience... sadly not. I drove an hour to come test drive a vehicle and left so disappointed. My salesman (Marty) showed no interest at all in selling me a car. The whole time while test driving the vehicle he was in the back seat texting, touching his phone. He didn't tell me anything about the car, didn't make any conversation what so ever besides telling directions. I test drove the same car with less features at a different dealership before coming here and I honestly would've bought the car if Marty had put more effort in taking care of his customers. It's unfortunate I liked the car a lot but I would rather spend my money elsewhere, a place with lower ratings but actually takes care of their customers. Such a disappointment and waste of time. Will not be returning.

I was able to make a long distance purchase and got a fantastic vehicle delivered to my door. Love this RAV4 hybrid limited with all the bells and whistles and was only able to find it here. Thanks SLTNWA :)

We just bought a car yesterday though Steve Landers with Felix and Zach. Felix was one of the nicest sales people we’ve worked with. We can’t say enough good things about him! Zach also helped us at the end of the purchase and he was also incredible to work with. If we ever buy another car or know of anyone who is buying, I would 100% recommend Steve Landers and send them to Felix and Zach! I got a car yesterday and Manny was my sales person. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable buying my first car at a dealership! Great experience! Troy was very helpful. Outstanding Knowledge of vehicle. Personally insured everything was done that was promised. Took time to explain everything in detail to teenage son as would be his truck. Beautiful Toyota Tacoma, personable service, and Outstanding overall service. I’ll likely be back for a Tundra for me and will recommend to others.

I very impressed with Juan Valdez. Zero pressure and he listened to me as opposed to hard selling. Communications were excellent. He’s a professional not just a salesperson. I highly recommend. I left the dealership with a full tank of gas. And when I needed gas Juan had taped a 2-dollar bill on the gas cap. That’s class!

This was the first time I used their concierge service where my vehicle was picked up from my home, serviced then returned for an additional $15. When I was contacted by Toyota Servicing, I confirmed the concierge service and was advised that someone from Steve Landers Toyota would contact me on the day of service to pick up my car. When I did not hear from the shop on the day of service, I became concerned, so 15 minutes after the appointment time, I called the Steve Landers Toyota and learned there is a "glitch" in communication between the online scheduling, the centralized calling and the local dealer. Steve Landers Toyota did the right thing, sent a technician out immediately to get my vehicle, serviced it and returned it to me, not charging me the $15 for the pick up service(which I appreciated). I will use the the concierge service again, and will be more proactive in ensuring that the service is arranged by calling Steve Landers directly and not relying on the centralized Toyota service call center.

Great service as always. And super fast today. Dropped off for my 55,000 mile service and was done in less than 45 minutes. Love being able to schedule an appointment online and change if needed. This is the best dealer service area I have ever been to, and I will keep coming back.

Recently rented a car from here for a week and they charged me an additional 250$ saying the vehicle was trashed when it had light sand in the seats. And said “I told you not to trash the vehicle”. Mind you we cleaned up every bit of trash in the vehicle just didn’t vacuum because that wasn’t conveyed to us as necessary before returning. If you use a rental from here be sure and thoroughly clean/detail yourself or be prepared to pay the 250$

Went in for an appraisal on my vehicle. I was told that it would take only 10-15 minutes. Well I sat there for 30 until I decided to get up and speak to somebody. I gave them my information so the salesman I dealt with could contact me. He called back about twenty minutes later and informed me that he had gone to lunch and that the manager was suppose to get back to me. Thank you Jeremiah and said manager for wasting my time!

Unfortunately, I met with two different used car salesmen at this location and both were grouchy, not the friendliest and somewhat aggressive. I don't like the "if you don't buy now it will be gone" approach. They didn't care to listen, offer advice on other options, or really take a genuine interest in our search for the right vehicle. In fact, one older gentleman said he would have someone call me back and never did. When he finally called me a week later, I politely mentioned that I was still waiting on a call back as he had promised, and he told me he hadn't had time to get with him and he's too busy to just work for me. He got irritable and frustrated and said come in or don't... I hung up and haven't been back. The sales manager was kind and helpful, afterwards, making things a little better, but that's why I rated it 2 stars and not 1. They may have the most reliable line of cars in America, but their sales team could use some sensitivity training.
