Everything they have is USED but they sure love to charge you for stuff like it’s brand new. Also they will keep going to your house to bother you. James is the absolute worst he is rude and needs to learn how to speak with customers. Do NOT do business with them do business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever i ordered online and then they tell me they don't have it but they can sell me a used set that's different! Not what I wanted and I already paid my deposit and down payment before they even told me it was not in there store for one your website should have known that, for two your employees and manager were terrible with customer service. Told me 3 days ago I would have my bed delivered and still 4 days later no bed no mamager has returned my calls and I still have no bed and I already paid so terrible and won't be sending anyone there for sure odds are im getting my money back and going elsewhere with my business... the manager needs to know how to manage a store. And his employees colton and Vincent need to learn customer service and manners definitely going to corporate with this complaint

They are so professional and polite. They have always been super nice and I love the furniture I got there. It is real leather and Ashley is the brand.

My refrigerator went out so I called to order a rental. I told the man the dimensions of the available space and was told the fridge I wanted was too big and he had a brand new one that would fit. When it arrived, it was three inches larger than the one I wanted, was deeply scratched on the side, DIRTY, has a broken icemaker, the top shelf is broken in the back and slides out, and one of the door shelves falls off every time the door is opened. I called immediately to have them replace it with one that fits and works properly and was told I would be called right back. Two days later, after never hearing back, I went into the store to cancel the contract and have it picked up and was told I would need to move it outside because they can't come inside due to COVID-19. Customer service said that wasn't the case but the store clerk is insisting an email went out saying it's a corporate mandate. It wouldn't be a problem if I had the tools to take the doors off to fit it through my front door, but I don't, nor can my arthritic knees handle getting up and down from the floor to take it apart. Tl;dr: they lied from beginning to end.

I came into the in early December needing help with trying to find a bed and a bed frame for a short time while family was in town for the weekend, the guys went above and beyond to help me and I was so thankful. I would highly recommend this Rent-A-Center and the employees within it!

They ran over my kid's basketball goal a month and a half ago. They said they would send a check to replace it but it would be 10 days, at the most, before the check would arrive. Well that was a month ago. My kids used that goal every day. Guess I'm suck with the bill since their management refused to be helpful at all.

Not very pleased with my experience at this location. I filled out the "preapproval" online and was not contacted by the location like the website said they would. I had to call and fill that out all over again with one of the associates. They didn't have anything in store that was online. The associate text me a picture of an available item they could order for me, however, when I replied asking how much it was I never got a reply back. I have heard good things about the company in general, just not this location.
