Imagine if you're a Regions customer. You write a $1,000 check on your Regions checking account as non-refundable deposit on a $400,000 new construction home you’re buying. Your builder takes your Regions check to Regions Branch to cash it, to be sure the cash is there, and as to not hold up the closing on your new home.Regions refuses to cash their customer’s check for the builder, because the builder will not pay a large fee to cash their customers check.After much discussion the teller finally agreed to waive the fee, but only after I explained I was taking the check back to their customer to tell them their check was no good. The bank wouldn’t cash your check because I wouldn’t pay them a large fee to honor your check.I sell a lot of houses. This is not the type red tape, fee ridden bank you want to do business with. This is worse than Bank Of America. Consider a local bank that values your business, uses common sense, and won’t leave you out in the cold when important things like closing on a house are on the line.I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they finally waived the fee after threatening to take the check back to their client.

Went in to talk about refinancing my car loan since I have been banking with them since 2015 and it was amazing. Kim Barker was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and even help me when I was not sure the information she was asking. She was outstanding and by far one of the nicest people I have ever worked with there! Will be coming back to this location when I have questions or bank needs.

Richard Crow is the rudest Commercial Loan Officer they have. Do not work here if you don’t want to put up with him. He has a holier than thou attitude, and will call your branch and harass you for things. If you put him on hold he freaks out, and says that he shouldn’t be put on hold, because he just had a quick question. We have instant messaging, and email. Give me a break. You don’t need to call. I’m sorry but customers take priority over Richard. So he would do well to stay in his lane, and reach out when it’s convenient for branch staff, as he is not customer facing.

So, I've been to a lot of banks, and I've met alot of bankers. This is by far the best bank overall I've ever been in. The manager, Jeff, is awesome. Super great guy. I have absolute confidence that he and the team there can help you with anything you need!

My daughter opened her 1st bank account with Regions. They were great in assisting her through the process and explaining the details so she understands. Great bank with a hometown feel!

Horrible customer service every time we go to this branch. My husband says the same thing as well. We will continue to go to the Bentonville branch every chance we get to avoid this location. I was just there and the teller literally said “well your lucky it actually let me do a withdraw” as rude as can be. Ummm I’m lucky? It’s my money. My secondary account soft closed....yes my fault somewhat because I didn’t realIze my secondary account had zeroed out on Thursday when I did a money transfer out of it. I called customer service phone number this morning and told them what happened and that I needed to do a transfer from one account to the other. Well customer service said no problem I would just have to go to a branch for it. I get to the branch and at first they tell me I don’t have a second account under my name then we I insist I do that’s when she tells me I’m “lucky” to get the withdraw out of that account for my deposit that just posted. It was said with a very rude demeanor as well. If I have to go back to this branch again it will be too soon.
