I have used Redbox for a long time, and usually they do pretty well... until you have an issue. I got a dvd from this location that was scratched and would not play. I tried to reach out to them on their website, but they do not let you address your issues without first giving them your email and information, and creating an account with them. I found it unnecessary and wish they would address your issues without requiring you to take the time to set up an account with them to get your money back.
