When you rent a unit, they couldn't tell me if it was in building A or B. Royal pain to find my unit, but worked great once I found it.

Chelsie helped me and it was one of then best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely smart, very fast, and she had the most beautiful voice. I wish everyone we spoke with could be like Chelsie!

There's never anybody here. I had an issue and I called the number on the sign thinking I could get the property manager, nope, call center. When I requested the property manager come to the site they told me they can't because it's my problem not theirs. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where they actually have people on site this place is trash. I hope they fail because they don't deserve to be in business with awful service like this.

Very satisfied! I believe the negative comments here are not real customers. Adda provided excellent service! I remember her name, because the service was that good. And, the price was better than any other storage facility in the Rogers/Bentonville area.

The storage unit was clean when I moved some belongings there in 2021. Lights came on in the hallway upon entering the building. I rented a unit which was three down from the back door, so it was convenient. I recently emptied the unit, and called SpareBox to let them know I wouldn’t need it any longer. Romanio, who took my call, was courteous and helpful. He disabled the automatic payment on my bank account, and sent the information to the team that processes rentals. Overall, it was a good experience to rent from SpareBox.

The company and their staff ( Shaquille ) are what the working people are looking for they are knowledgeable about their facilities and go out there way to help accommodate your needs as a customer easy to communicate with and easy to contact if there is any need to if ever you have a need to store your items give sparebox a try you won’t be disappointed

Ever since this location sold to Sparebox it is horrible management and upkeep. Not to mention not much safety at this location now.There are better options elsewhere in town that have a staff that can actually help you, cheaper than their new rates, no requirements for additional documentation, and with better security. Any calls are piped to a call service. You will never be able to talk to anyone that owns or runs that company.

When this operation was under Rainbow Road Storage, it was great. Then Spare Box bought it and it has gone downhill. As someone else stated, there is no attendant so you are forced to call, and the receptionist doesn't care to hear about problems.Several weeks ago, i got a nasty letter saying I was delinquent on payments (I was not) and after a long phone call Spare Box admitted it was their problem and I had to do nothing as they would fix the billing problem. I just got a nasty email saying 1) I was delinquent 2) I was being assessed a late fee and 3) my gate code was suspended!! After yet another long call, there system wasn't fixed and I was finally able to pay over the phone. NOT PLEASED and LOOKING FOR ANOTHER FACILITY.
