These guys were great I have a victory vision , a bike they've never worked on, changing tires involves dropping the suspension,and they were able to change the front\\u0026 rear tires for me as I waited. Highly recommend them!!

These folks are my heroes! I was in Eureka Springs from Louisiana when someone pointed out that my rear tire was about to blow out on my bike. So I quickly phoned Sunrise Honda about 35 miles away and learned that they had a tire in the size I needed to fit my bike. So I held my breath and made a dash for Rogers Arkansas. When I got there around 11am my bike was put back in the garage fairly quickly and within 2 hours I was ready to roll on new rubber. Had they said they couldn't get to it today (Saturday) I would have had to wait until next week to get the work done which would have cost me more to rent my hotel room for additional nights...plus I would not have made it back home Monday in time to return to work from my vacation. Sunrise Honda really saved the day for me!! A huge THANK YOU to the crew for getting me taken care of so quickly and getting me back on the road!!

Spent $15K on a SXS 8 months ago, only to try and start with no luck. Called service and was told that more than likely I needed a new spark-plug. Suffice it to say, I was pretty upset as it hasn't;t even been a year, and I have no idea on how to change/fix. Manager was of no help. Good idea to provide operational to-do's for new owners!!

What a great dealership! I have had a few dealings with Sunrise Honda/Yamaha/Marine, and have always been impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail exhibited throughout both buildings. I had a Stage One done on an old Roadliner, and Angie, Wyatt, Kevin and Cathleen, and the whole staff were very, very good at their jobs! Well Done...and Thank You!

I came in with a issue on my 2007 Honda vtx 1800 and the ingenuity of the Brenden in the service department was totally awesome he put in some very insiteful research into finding exactly what I needed for my shocks

I'm torn, last year I tried to buy a goldwing, there like who, what, where, here, can't do it, see ya when you want something else or what we have. I've never been back.I wanted an fjr, I went to Texas to get it but anywhere was better than sunrise. After I got home to rogers Arkansas I needed to check in for service but was very apprehensive. After I stopped in I realized that the Honda dept and yamaha dept were worlds apart, night and day.I'll still never step into the sunrise Honda dept but the yamaha guys and gal were awesome. Im really glad I a stopped by and can't wait to visit again.Well done yamaha dept. You've got a customer

On a trip from Oklahoma City to Rogers Arkansas.To ride that pig trail When the chain went out on my wife's Honda 750. Took the bike in on Tuesday and they were Booked solid. They got me in and I had my bike back 1st thing Wednesday Morning ready to ride. Ryan and his team saved my vacation From being a total bust. The price was great. I will not complain. Thanks very much we'll check in the next time I'm in town.

Put 2,000 down on a cbr500r 6 days ago. Right after I basically buy the thing Im informed it has a recall they knew about the whole time they were about to sell it to me. I was told that the reflector was ordered with expedited shipping and that it should be here by Tuesday (because Monday was memorial day). So I thought I could wait. So Tuesday rolls by it's 5pm so I call and ask if it's ready, i was told that it didn't come in today and my sales rep would call me after they checked the shipping. Needless to say I didn't get a call. So now Wednesday rolls by and I figured it came in late so I'll call a hour after opening when they aren't busy according to google. I was told it didn't come in last night, probably got delayed because of the holiday and they will most likely have the bike ready tomorrow. So I'm patient and politely and wait until Thursday so Thursday rolls by and at this point I am getting a little annoyed because I've been told twice in a row that I could grab the bike on a certain day I couldnt, but I'm patient so I wait until 11ish today(Thursday) and find out they still havent got the part mind u it's not hard to look up a tracking number and very rarely do they say it's out for delivery and then never shows up especially for commercial pruducts. And they tell me today for sure I'll get it to you, and it's out for delivery today and we will have it soon it's now 13 minutes from closing and I haven't heard from my sales rep yet. And it'll probably be the same thing tomorrow. Just to top everything off they knew the bike had the recall 2 days before I came in to look at bikes so they sold me a new vehicle with an open recall(ILLEGAL BTW). If my bike isn't given to me tomorrow I'm going to see if I can get a refund and I'll never be going back to rainbow again. I'm not mad they aren't getting the part I'm mad I keep getting told tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and today was one of the best days to ride so far this year. Oh and when I walked in because I looked young no one was taking me serious until I said I have 2,000 for a down. Idk if people think they can bs me because I'm young, but I'm most certainly not d****

I have a HONDA and they won't put tires on for me. Was genuinely confused when he told me no. Maybe it was just the person I spoke with but their customer service is awful. Would not recommend to anyone based just on that.

Kyle Aldridge gave me exceptional service when buying a new four wheeler. He took plenty of time making sure the helmet we bought fit my Grandson well, and even suggested a possible fix for our old Polaris four wheeler!

They've had my ATV for over 2 months to do some repairs on. I have called multiple times over those 2 months for a status update, and the guy answering the phone is clueless. Now I learned that they JUST NOW ordered the parts for my ATV repair (although I asked them to do that over 6wks ago). Horrible customer service. I will not be buying from them again, nor will I rely on them for any maintenance. Terrible experience I've had in dealing with them. They seem disinterested in working for the customers
