It depends on how fit you are. They really don't explain anything and it's not a very beginner friendly workout. If you are fit and want a challenge or want to strengthen muscle groups you usually don't work it would be great.

I was excited to join this fitness group until I agitated a previous injury. When customers ask for modifications is most commonly a result of wanting to do the work in a manner that won't injure them, this staff does not accommodate injuries. Be ware

I’ve dealt with different of pure barre locations in the past and never had any issues. This by far is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Had an annual membership that was expiring. Told the manager in May we will not be renewing and verifying the last date I was going to be charged. Still getting charged a month later after the agreed date. They sent a text stating to reply “Y” to renew and since I didn’t reply to that they just assume it’s a “Y” and charge you anyway. Ridiculous service…the manager has been the least helpful person I’ve ever had to deal with

Such a great studio and LOVE that I can take classes at both the Pinnacle Hills and Fayetteville location depending on my work schedule for the day. Gabbie, the owner, is so incredibly welcoming and encouraging both in and out of class. They are very aware of being communicative about safety protocols and handled the recent snowstorm with grace. The classes are very challenging but worth it. I love that stretching is incorporated throughout. I have noticed such a difference in how I feel overall as well as differences in my flexibility, strength, etc. The instructors make you feel like you are truly part of a community. I would highly recommended pure barre if you are seeking out the best version of yourself.

I absolutely love PB Pinnacle Hills! I have been a member at multiple PB studios around the country, and Pinnacle Hills is truly the best. The teachers are very knowledgable and I always get a great workout- I look forward to my time there every morning!

Pure Barre has became my good habit. I’ve never stuck to a workout for this long. I love the positive atmosphere of self-acceptance at any level and the challenges that come with each class. Thank you Pure Barre!

Poor quality service and extremely unprofessional. Very hostile environment, would avoid at all costs. Instructors don’t really care about building a good rapport with students.

I thought that the workouts were great, but as a young college student with little experience as to how people can scam you I was taken advantage of.I originally had an 8 class pack membership for 99 dollars that auto renewed monthly. I wanted to try the unlimited intro month. When signing up for this intro month, I was told it was 99 dollars and would only last a month. After trying to sign up for classes, the app would not let me sign up. I then called pure barre where Heather pulled up my account and told me that the unlimited intro month is 150 and that's why it wasn't letting me sign up. I told her okay although I was confused because I signed the contract for 99 dollars and they pulled 150 out of my account. I was then able to sign up. They stole $50 from me. That was scam number one.The difference between a class pack membership and an unlimited membership is that when you cancel or no show a class with the class pack membership, you just lose a credit. With the unlimited membership, you get charged $20 for a no show and $15 for a late cancel. I was aware of this while I had my unlimited intro month. I was also told that the unlimited intro month would only last one month and after that month my 8 class pack would auto renew. On June first, my 8 class pack auto renewed and 99 dollars was pulled from my account. I am then under the impression that the credits from my previous unlimited month are gone because I was told they do not roll over. With this assumption I am under the impression that when I late cancel or no show my classes I won't be charged but instead I will lose a credit. That assumption was wrong. I was charged multiple times losing around $95. I went off what my contracts stated and the dates that I had signed up and the date that the unlimited class pack should have ended. This was scam number two.I gave them a 30 day notice of cancellation and they proceeded to charge me on 6/30 for another 8 class pack. 99 dollars was stolen from me. That was scam number three. After I told the owner about what had happened she originally only offered me a free month, but I did not take it because I was moving. I told her this and she proceeded to refund me $99, even though I was wrongfully charged for a total of $244.I do not recommend this gym because the instructors have clearly not received enough training on the contracts and the system they use to charge their members. Also, the owner refused to explain the charges to me. If there is some reason that makes sense as to why I was overcharged than it should be easily explainable. Please be careful.

Such an amazing space with beautiful people!!! You always feel invited, and at peace here. It’s an AMAZING workout. You literally never peak. Always a challenge yet at the same time you do not risk injury... in fact I’ve noticed I have a better posture since attending, and less pain in my joints. I highly recommend coming here!!!!

Pure Barre Pinnacle Hills is a great studio and I am so happy to have found it! The instructors are so encouraging and the classes are fun yet challenging. I needed an activity to balance out my running, and pure barre has been a perfect fit. I have been consistently attending classes for the last 3 months and can’t believe the strength I have already gained! I am hooked!
