Placed an online order, food was ready in and waiting when I got there. The bag looked a little light considering I placed a $50 order. Just to be safe, I checked my order to find 3 of the 5 main things ordered were missing and 2 sides.Called it to the employees attention who then argued with another employee about who's job it was to grab my missing food and fix itAfter opening up all our food again so they can check it, I took home cool to touch food and was told it's customary to not put coleslaw in so it doesn't get hot... fine but what about the rest of the order that was left out?No remedy was offered or even an apology. Worse experience ever and will never go back

If I could give zero stars that’s what I’d do . Took 30 minutes at the front counter just to order the lady up front was no help and was very confused . Management there is horrible and needs fixing I hate going to this Popeyes .

My order was $11.80. How does $5 suffice for $11.80 when I didn’t even eat any of it due to the soggy grease trap that was all the chicken, was missing items, and other than the grease dripping from them the wings were not even sauced, just sitting there naked like me on a Sunday, and I wasn’t offered anything other than to contact you guys through the app and wait for an email, which I have done. Ive managed restaurants and hotels for years and this is an insult. You should give the full refund for wasting my time in addition to my money, but the time is more important to me. Keep the $5, Im not going back again if this is what you call a “resolution”. Hope that $6.80 was worth losing out on potential future business seeing as I now live 5 minutes from this location. I get that this a small amount, but I don’t care if it was $1 or $100, it’s the principal of the matter and not blowing it off. Thats where you are lacking here.

We have tried this Popeyes three times and they never get our order straight.Ordered two spicy chicken breast and paid for them and then when we got home, they give us a back and a wing. Like I said, this is the third time this is happened.The second time this happened I called them and they said to come back and they would take care of it and then when we went back it was such a hassle. Supposedly they didn’t know who told us that they would take care of it and I even wrote down the guys name and then they said well that guy doesn’t even work here. That was months ago so we thought we’d try it again today, but never again.

$42 12 piece family box. Get home to find out we were given 7 wings, 1 leg, 1 breast and 3 thighs. Is 7 wings and a leg what you normally put in there? Rip off. Mac n cheese side was also cold as ice. Love Popeyes, but this was just terrible.

So great. Very polite and kind. Rare to find these days. This is for the gentlemen working on 1/21/24 @ 8pm in the drive-thru. Thanks for displaying great customer service. And, the employee willing to drop fresh chicken for a product that wasn’t immediately available vs just saying we are out.

I ordered 2 sandwiches,1 spicy 1 original. Both were spicy and came with completely smashed buns...looked as thin as tortillas. Been sitting since lunch for a dinner-time sucker like me. Shoved the bag to me with one sandwich sticking out. Time to find a new place to eat.

Used to say they had the best chicken tenders. Well they changed their breading and now the tenders are seriously lacking in texture. Makes me sad that a company switches to something cheaper to save them money bit don't think about customers not coming back because of the changes. Goodbye popeyes.

Ordered 2 family meals in the app. The employees were nice and helpful, so that’s why I gave 2 stars. Got home with the food, and the coleslaw and red beans and rice had a very metallic/plastic/chemically smell and taste. The other food was okay, other than the breast meat not being white meat nor fresh tasting. Called and went back and got fries instead of the nasty sides I had gotten. The manager was polite, but I wish I would’ve been offered my money back on top of it. Be weary of the sides, not sure what was going on there, but I bet if we ate too much of them we would’ve gotten sick. Won’t be back for a long time.
