We had a low tire, aired it back up, took it to the dealership for oil change and asked them to check the tire. They said they did and there were no issues. Tire lost pressure again so we dashed into Plaza near closing time. The staff was super kind and helpful. They took a look and quickly found a 2 inch nail, and had us back on the road in no time. First impression and experience with Plaza was fantastic and they'll be the only place we go for all tire related needs. Thanks Plaza!!

Plaza Tire Service on New Hope in Rogers, AR gave me the best service I ever received. My initial call to Plaza Tire was with a strong, clear communicator and the service they gave was impeccable. In a short time, my Subaru had an oil change and brake checkup at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the New Hope Rd. Location of Plaza Tire.

Very pleasant. Went in for 2 tires they made suggestions for what I needed. Got in and out in about an hour. Very happy, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.

They did a good job, the sales associate pointed me to a really good deal on Falken tires. It took about 2 hours to get the tires installed. They have a window in the waiting area that allows you to watch them work on your car and I saw the technician working on my car stop partway through and consult with the sales associate that sold me my tires. They both seemed concerned about something and deliberated for a little bit then started taking a grinder to my wheel hub. I was a little concerned and was expecting an update/explanation when the sales associate came back in. He didn't say anything. I saw my car be pulled around front and no one said anything. I went to to the front desk and asked if my car was done after about 10 minutes. The sales associate said yes and started ringing up the sale, still not saying anything about the grinder, so I asked and he explained that a lug had a burr on it and they replaced it. They didn't charge me for it, but I think it would have been nice to be informed about it without having to ask, preferably before they start grinding on my wheel hub, but whatever. They probably felt that since I am a woman I wouldn't be able to understand or care, not sure, but it is what it is.
