4013 W Walnut St, RogersBefore Vickie became General Manager I would not shop at Petco as what I was shopping for wasn't ever stocked, the employees were not as friendly, and it was dirty. I took a chance awhile back because I saw that Petco is now carrying Ollie. Upon walking in I was greeted and immediately saw and felt the difference. Since Vickie has been the GM you can see and feel a significant positive change with this store. Its clean, I can always find what I need, and all of the team including John are so very kind and helpful. I only know that Vickie is the GM because she is personable and kind to the shoppers like myself. I now only shop at Petco in Rogers. Thank you Vickie and John and all of the Rogers Petco team for always being so kind and helpful.

220 S Dixieland Rd, RogersCould not get same day appointment for an ear infection but good price and very friendly so I originally gave them 4 stars. However, last year I found a lump in my dogs neck. I called and they got her in the next day. Surgery just a few days later. They found another lump in her paw and removed it also. When I went to pick her up Dr. Eric explained everything, gave me meds and told me he would let me know once he got the pathology. He emailed me the results later that day. Dr Eric is great! I am very happy with his service!

103 E New Hope Rd, RogersI love this clinic! Very well organized, timely, on top of services and takes very good care of my senior dog Charlie.
We have been coming here for a while and stay up to date on Charlie’s preventative care and needs with some help of the app they offer! It really helps me keep track on what my pet needs done and when, and set up appointments. Charlie is also a very anxious dog, New Hope Animal Hospital accommodates very well by prescribing preemptive medications for us to use prior to his visits. I prefer this over my pet being muzzled, which has been done at other clinics. The staff here also never pushes treatment on my pet when he gets too fearful.
The staff here is very friendly and communicative.
I’ve heard a lot of people comment about how this clinic is overpriced, but I believe any amount of money is worth the excellent care my pet is given.

I adopted a little terrier, I believe named Einstein, now known as Hendrix or Henry, two weeks ago. He's a blast and I love this little guy! He's 11 lbs of personality - lots of energy but also very funny and sweet. He's learning fast! YEARS ago I adopted a chocolate lab from here, before the updated facility and had her, Daisy, for 11 years. She was about 3 when I adopted her. Thank you Humane Society for two of the best dogs!
