I specifically use the location on walnut and Rogers and they always try so hard to help you out. Today I went to 8th street location in Rogers and the same great customer service. Thanks Oriellys and Ricky the counter man that helped me.

there was a lady in O'Rileys who is very rude and apparently brings her personal life into work. Her name was Ashley. She isn't professional and is very rude too costumers.

Their parts specialists have wasted many trips for me and my money. Never get correct parts and spend days with our vehicles down waiting for them to correct or try to correct their mistakes all for them to just get it wrong again. The female woman who works inventory and stocking is the only person knowledgeable and worthy to work there.
