Terrible service. Soaking was 1 minute long before the cuticle clippers began ripping my cuticle. Bleeding cuticles. More concerned about massage of hands fingers than actually the manicure service
Pedicure on repeat of the above manicure. Callous remover was horrid. Raw feet now.
Zero customer service. Will not return. Suggest that if you are considering this place or not … I’d choose NOT.
The candid thing I will remember is the lady barely said anything to me from start to finish, no conversation or light talking. Just in and out like a number. Then when she finished she found her voice so say thank you, and be kind on my way out.
Sad, how my money is good but not for you to actually show that you care from start to finish.

I usually have really bad experiences with other nails salons in the area, it got to the point where I never wanted to get my nails done anymore. This place definitely changed my mind! I have a lot of anxiety coming to nails salons, but they were extremely kind, helpful, and definitely took their time on my nails instead of rushing like other salons. Very happy with my experience, will come back again!

What's really frustrating to me is being pressured and upsold into gel polish after repeatedly asking for regular polish because "gel will last longer". Not only does it not really hold up like it should for me (it's starts cracking and chipping quickly), you have to go to the salon if you want it removed. Or you can spend an hour at home trying to remove it. So the manicure was $15-$20 more expensive for the gel polish, and then I had to pay again to have it removed two weeks later. This basically involves using a drill on my natural nails AGAIN until all the gel is removed, and now my nails are brittle and I've had three break. My natural nails were really long and I'm now they're rough and bumpy and three of them are really short from breaking. The manicurist also rushed and they were uneven in size and shape. The gel polish looked lumpy and was not smooth. My toenails were messy and the paint was messed up before I even left the salon, but I couldn't be bothered to ask her to fix them. This is why I do my nails at home. I chose to go out this time because I'm 7 months pregnant and reaching my feet is increasingly difficult.

Went with my daughter, they did an excellent job,completmary drinks (even mini sodas for those that don’t drink) , except for not understanding the conversation the lady’s were having (spoke their language) it was a relaxing experience

My Aunt went to get her toes and nails done here today and was treated terribly. The lady was rudely telling her what to do and was acting like she was an inconvenience. Told her to google what chrome nails were instead of explaining. The lady just left her and she had to ask someone else to take the foil off of her nails. She left in tears, as this was a Mother’s Day gift from her son.

Overall experience for me was good. I did not catch the name of the lady doing my pedi/mani but she was great. Although the man that did my moms dip and pedicure rushed, left my moms toes looking uneven and the color see through. He cut her fingernails so short they were stubs. The color was off because after dipping the colors he dipped her nails in white. We have always come to oasis but will more than likely find somewhere else. It is too flaky with how well you’re treated and when they are busy they rush you and seem very scattered. I wish I caught the name of the lady that did mine because she did awesomely! Overall won’t be coming back.

Depending on who does your toes or nails its a hit or miss for sure I wasn't happy today at all with the way my pedi turned out she clipped my toes way too short and crooked and left with nail polish all over my toes want happy at all with this time but it is hit or miss. Just remember names of who did the good job for sure because it was terrible today.
