I am very disappointed with the way things work at this clinic. I normally take my cat to a clinic that is 20-30 mins away from home which cause high anxiety for her. This hospital location was 3 mins from my home, so I thought it would be a great because that would help her reduce her stress level. I scheduled the appointment and paid $50 for the physical exam. She showed high anxiety level so doctor didn’t want to further stress her out and did the exams afar and sold me $10 medication to help her with her stress level and come back a few days later. I followed the instructions and gave her the medication the night before - she reacted badly to it because the instruction called for very little food and upset her stomach - so I texted the hospital and informed them that I would take her in as usual. So the next morning 5am I tried to give her medicine again but with more food and she was fine. She and I went to bed to catch some sleep. The hospital replied at 6am that my rescheduled 7:40am visit would need to he rescheduled again because they want to inform the doctor. I called and let them know that she is medicated and can be seen, they already canceled and asked me to stand by or reschedule. During the initial visit, the nurse also upsells everything - bloodwork, x rays, this test, that test. It was overwhelming. I got the bloodwork cost $125 refunded but the $50 physical came was not refundable.1. I understand and appreciate that you care for the wellbeing of my pet but prolonging of doctor visits is even more stressful for her.2. I appreciated and respected your time but you didn’t seem to appreciate my time. My pet and I did the best we could to prepare for the rescheduled visit. Giving medication to a cat at 5am isn’t easy but you canceled and asked us to stand by the day of to be seen if the doctor is available or to reschedule again. You go to work and so do I and I hope you will consider other people’s time in the future when you make pet’s parents jump hoops just so their pet could get check up and vaccination.

Love this place! I’ve been taking my pups here for 3 years now, and they’re the best. Always so friendly, gives the best advice, and answers all questions no matter how silly it may feel.

This is a great place for my pets. We have used NHAH for many years and continue to see that they love my pet like their own. They are super friendly and share what they feel is best for your pet without trying to oversell anything. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff are great to work with and create an inviting environment. I highly recommend them.

First time here and I LOVED it! They were able to get us in the same day we called, were right on time and got us out in an hour! The nurse and dr were both very informative, super nice to us and our pup, and helped ease our emotions on the situation. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Earl and his staff care deeply for our dogs and keep them healthy and happy! Have used them for all our dogs for years! They are very skilled in diagnosing what is wrong with our dogs and providing a detailed care plan for getting our dogs back to healthy and happy! This is the place!

Both of our dogs have been long time patients of New Hope Animal Hospital. We had moved out of Rogers and still brought our dogs for treatment here. The last time our senior dog had anxiety and discomfort (from her hind-legs from prolonged sitting during exam- shots) from doing all shots so we were told to give her anxiety meds and for her to come back for a nurse appt to finish. We gave her meds and with one dose she was laying on the floor not wanting to move and had issues getting up off the ground. She even stumbled getting out of car to go into vet. After traveling 35 mins to come to the vet we are told that since we didn't give her two doses of meds that they refused to draw her blood even tho she was calm and would have handled it fine. Never was it communicated to us that she had to have both doses or she would not be treated. She was not worked up and even laid on the ground in the lobby while we talked to staff. They said she was too alert because she noticed someone walking out the door. I didn't know your dog being too alert would cause them not to be seen or treated. Dr. Earl didn't address any concerns with us or was this explained to us that she needed to be medicated to be seen. The nurse came in after the other appointment and just suggested to use the meds to help her and that she had moderate anxiety. This has never been an issue before. Not going out of my way to support a clinic who refuses service and has lack of communication. Needless to say we will not be rescheduling nor bringing either of our dogs back here.Edit to response: 1. Your detailed response was more than any communication received from clinic. Also do you have in your records that was her "diagnosis" because that wasn't communicated to us that day as mentioned above. Dr. Evans did not say anything regarding it when we met with him. The tech came back with the meds stating Jewel was unable to finish her shots today- here are some meds for when she would need them due to moderate anxiety. Shouldn't the doctor be the one to communicate this? Also, as I mentioned we were not told we would be denied service if she didn't have both doses nor did we receive a reminder text or call. I also do not need a lesson in mental health or anxiety. I understand very clearly. Bold to assume I'm saying there wasn't an issue. The issue that I have is with your clinic is communication and professionalism. I think while there is lack of compliance from a senior dog due discomfort and anxiety and it could have been handled more effectively by your staff.

Excellent experience taking my dog to this facility. The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The checkin & checkout processes were super easy and efficient. I am only in town for a few days traveling through and was able to get an appointment quickly.

Overpriced, pushy sales wise, and treat you like your abusive if you don't buy medication for your animal to prevent parasites that only can get contracted in Africa. Strongly don't recommend. Also wanted my dog to take pills to relax him when he is border line related to the sloth as far as how calm and slow moving he is. Never will go here again and they are right around the corner from my house. Once again, pushy, all about the upscale, and treat you bad. Not pleasant experience the multiple times I have used them
