I love this clinic! Very well organized, timely, on top of services and takes very good care of my senior dog Charlie.
We have been coming here for a while and stay up to date on Charlie’s preventative care and needs with some help of the app they offer! It really helps me keep track on what my pet needs done and when, and set up appointments. Charlie is also a very anxious dog, New Hope Animal Hospital accommodates very well by prescribing preemptive medications for us to use prior to his visits. I prefer this over my pet being muzzled, which has been done at other clinics. The staff here also never pushes treatment on my pet when he gets too fearful.
The staff here is very friendly and communicative.
I’ve heard a lot of people comment about how this clinic is overpriced, but I believe any amount of money is worth the excellent care my pet is given.

I’ve been a loyal client of New Hope since moving to NWA, and the service has been consistently excellent. Gloria, Keisha, Laney, Anna, Dr. Evans, and the entire team go above and beyond to answer my questions and provide top-notch care for all my pups. Their dedication and kindness are unmatched - New Hope is the best vet around! 10/10 would recommend!

There is nothing but good here at New Hope. My little Daisy has had her share of mistreatment before I got her. Yes, she has been a problem. Dr. Earl and staff today were well pleased with the way she was today. They have worked with me over a year to make her visit great like it was today. I recommend the complete staff completely. They have always answered my questions and I appreciate it more than I can say. I recommend this Clinic because they do what is needed to make your pet loved and cared for. I love the smiles I get when I walk in and when I leave. They are a five star group.

This was our first visit. My dog had been shaking her head. Doctor examined her, flushed the ear, applied medication and also wrote a prescription. We go for a recheck in 10 days. New Hope will be our regular Vet for now on.

They immediately told me my dog was allergic to chicken did no testing at all and dr did not even look at him. Pushed expense dog food brand on me. Also wanted my dog drug up and muzzled. Dr is a joke! Do not go here!

Fantastic care at New Hope! The got me in for an emergency appt and every member of the staff was so kind and caring. I live in Bentonville but will drive to New Hope Pet hospital in Rogers for any future pet needs because we had the best experience with Dr. Earl and the wonderful staff! If you are looking for great care, this is your place!

I thought the staff was very nice. I like the way that they have you to stay in your car creating less stress for your animal. That’s probably already pretty stressed out by going to the vet if it’s anything like mine, they don’t like to go, but this definitely helps. I thought the doctor was very nice and I think that they took great care of my dog who had recently been attacked by another dog, I appreciate what they did for him. I felt like the care there was definitely a step up from other places that I have been to!!

Honestly, being honest about what they tell you the cost will exactly be then flips the cost to a higher amount in less than 30 days. This happened more than once. Would not recommend.

You can tell that the people that work here truly care about you and your pets. The people that manage this facility have clearly instilled a sense of respect for the families that come here and pride in the amazing treatment provided in the caregivers at New Hope Animal Hospital or they have carefully sought and vetted the talented people that work with your family from the foyer to where they treat their patients. This is hands down the best place we have taken our best friends for their needs and we will never leave.

Great experience! Dr. Earl and his staff listened to what was going on with my cat and treated her appropriately. After having some bad vet experiences before this was awesome!
