I had the pleasure of working with Elijah recently. He took the time to work with the specifics of my feet (short, but tall insole) to ensure we found a pair of stability shoes that worked best for me. Scans and many pairs tried on left me extremely happy with my purchase.
It's rare to find someone with that level of dedication and expertise. I truly felt like a person and not a number. Please give him a raise, Elijah rocks!

In store experience is great, but if you put in a store order to get some shoes, it shouldn't take a month and multiple calls to find out what is going on. If each response is they are coming in the "next few days", then they probably never coming. I may decide to shop here again, but I won't be enthusiatic about it.

We had a great experience at Top Shoes in Rogers. We were knowledgeably fit by Stephanie and she gave us expert advice. We are very pleased with the two pairs of shoes we purchased.

My son has wide feet and it’s difficult to find him shoes. They digitally measured his foot and assisted him in trying on several pairs of shoes. They special ordered him a pair of shoes that fit him. They spent a fair amount of time with him, great customer service.

Walked in to buy a new pair of shoes. No one acknowledge my existence…even when I was looked right in the face. Even if you’re busy you can say we will be with you shortly but to ignore a customer is pretty bad.

Excellent service! Went in looking for shoes to wear while walking and jogging, and was assisted by Elijah. He also assisted my partner at the same time, and showed great friendliness, patience, and knowledge in the products. Both of us wound up walking out with shoes that will become our new daily wear. The supervisor, Troy, was also extremely friendly and checked in with us and assisted us. Will visit again!

Took some "New Balance" shoes back after 4 days because they didn't have enough support and were causing me to be bow-legged. But was told they can't take them back if they've been worn in.

4/24/24 was the first time I have ever been to this show store. I definitely regret NOT coming here sooner! They have a decent size shoe inventory. The staff is very welcoming. Kaylee was the person who assisted me. She has amazing customer service and was extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming here for shoes more often
