All repairs are done in-house (other jewelers ship your jewelry off for repair) and they can answer just about any question you might have. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morris Crown! The owners are incredibly genuine and lovely, and David's knowledge was impressive. I learned so much about diamonds, how gold is made, and how my body reacts to certain metals. He took the time to show me every step of the process, including fixing a loose diamond that I hadn't noticed. I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my ring with them for cleaning and resetting the diamonds. If you're in Northwest Arkansas, I highly recommend them. They've earned my trust and future business.
