“I made appointment with facility as required. When i dropped off the phone, he said it would be about two hours before he could get it done. This is not my opinion of a "while you wait" repair.. Especially when an appointment was made. Also, part of agreement with T-mobile and the service contract on the phone was a screen protector. The repair facility wanted an extra $20 to replace the screen protector. I now must take the phone back to T Mobile to install the screen protector. The store is very busy and it usually takes a couple of hours to get a screen protector installed. Two trips to town and four hours of my time seems rather wasteful. The screen protector should be included in the screen installation if it was on the phone when it was broke. My understanding of the contract is it includes the accessories that came with the phone when purchased. Try getting the Bluetooth stylus replaced when it stops working.”

“We have use their service for our Dish subscription. Unlike Dish's Customer Service, Galvan's service is great. Karla is so friendly and knowledgeable.Don't waste your time calling Dish. Galvans is all you will need.”

“I recently went to Best Buy to check out laptops. Walking in, the greeter was a very friendly, helpful young man. There were changes in the store so we didn't know for sure where to go, he was able to direct us right where we needed to go. Looking at laptops, there was quite a few good deals and bargains. The best part was our customer service representative Austin. He was so helpful and polite. I am definitely not the most techy person and he answered all of my questions so easily and saved me so much money, I didn't buy something I didn't need or want. A good experience shopping, I will definitely be back, especially around xmas!”
“The female manager here is wonderful. Waited a while to post this review since I was helped at Christmas time. I traded in an old watch, switched from T-Mobile and brought over 4 lines, I had a super complex situation and she nailed it. Like down to the penny. This place actively works hard to make the customer happy and that’s what I witnessed. Reading these 1 star reviews, it sounds like a bunch of impatient bums trying to get freebies and acting like internet babies when they don’t get what they want. Great job Verizon, I will continue my business with this location and am thankful for such wonderful staff.”
