The absolute worst!!!! Noel is a liar and does not have any other reason on why he can’t help you other than repeating the same words! Doesn’t take a look into it for you or see if he can find you help . Literally wants to help customers 0%! He definitely has no idea what the definition of customer service is… 1/2 a star if possible..

Be very clear and concise with your order, screen protectors and cases are never free. Make sure to check your receipt. I would also advise keeping paying bills and adding on services as separate transactions. It's understandable though as good help is hard to find nowadays.
