The quickly discovered and repaired a couple breaks in my MacBook screen.They were very knowledgeable and professional. The price wasn't too painful and was completed within a couple days.They're my "go to" place from now on when it comes to my electronic devices.Highly recommend.

Took my iPad to get it replaced. They sold me an iPad that is stuck on a cycle where we can’t even use it paid over $500 for iPad that doesn’t even work. I’ve gone up there to talk to them many times they just tell me that I have to contact Apple Apple refuses to help us because we purchased the iPad from them. They’re refusing to help us so we’re just out of $500 they kick my husband out and refused to help him but we’re still out of $500 right is right and wrong is wrong. They kept my other device, refurbished it, and made money off of it and still they will not give us a replacement for the one they gave us that is stuck on the cycle. You guys sold us an iPad that doesn’t work and it’s not fair that now you guys are giving us the cold shoulder and not willing to help. Can’t even get a refund back, very unfair and upsetting been trying to get this sorted out since October and no luck. Do not recommend this place.

Staff is very friendly, very personal, and very helpful. After going to Best Buy, and standing around for 10 minutes waiting to get help we called and figured out that the prices were the same. (Now assuming the manufacturer sets the price) we were more then happy to support a small business. Definitely would recommend anyone to them.

My iPhone screen digitizer failed. I expected to choose to live without a phone for days waiting for a repair (ugh) or buy a new phone. They quoted a nominal price for a new screen and had it back to me that afternoon. Can't thank them enough.

I went over to megabytes and Rogers me and my brother my brother had a phone issue with a passcode. He needed his phone reset they did it perfect with no charge and then we began to tell him his screen protector was messed up and Mr. Cory was there to save the day he hooked us up with a free screen protector, all time, best team in the world

If you need an apple device repaired, send it directly to apple. Megabyte provided incorrect cost information and did nothing to assist.

Had my screen repaired on a 2017 MBPro a couple years ago and was happy with the outcome. The screen is still working fine. The service employees were easy to work with. It wasn't the fastest repair but my Mac was a little older and the parts were not as quick to arrive.

They were awesome and helped me get my iPhone battery and screen replaced. Great customer service, and they were happy to answer my questions. I’ll be back if I need any future repairs. I was able to make an appointment the day before.
