Normally this is my go to place. I went today and they seem to be very very low on all PVC fittings. When I did ask the young man upfront frizzy, curly brown hair didn't get his name if they had anymore, he barely even looked up before telling me if it wasn't on the shelf they didn't have it. I went back to the isle to see if I have somehow overlooked it, he came back and asked me if I had been to Locke on 10th street because they had more stuff then they carry. I have never been encouraged to go somewhere else to buy something in a store before I'm even done looking. Customer service has really gone downhill here. Maybe next time I should go to Locke instead.

The driver dropped off a load of lumber for the new construction next door. He was there before 7am and noticed I let my dog out. He made a second delivery at 2pm and knocked on the door. He wanted to apologize in case he woke me during his first trip. What?! Who does that?! That's amazing! Unbelievably condiderate and kind. Thanks for exemplifying such excellent customer service!

Meeks is my new go-to store for lumber and home repair. Jamie helped me through an issue after I couldn't find the cedar I needed for a project. I even grabbed and cut the wrong board length because it was in the wrong slot location and he refused to accept any additional money for the mistake. Great store and great people. They've won my business for life.

Yard workers very helpful and nice. Helped me fold my tarps and one was a Patriots fan which was a relief since the world is full of haters. Best unloading experience I’ve had in a long time. Go Pats. Woo pig!!

I haven't been there long enough to like the store and I wanted to be a volunteer worker so I can apply to work there . So I really wanted to be a volunteer worker .
