Ray took care of my tire for me and I came back by and picked it up , normally they fix while you wait but I had some errands to run . The people complaining about talking on the phone with them don’t understand manual labor , this is a tire shop , not Walmart or Firestone where they can afford to chit chat for hours on the phone . stop by ask your question get your tire fix or replaced , that’s how tire repair shops like this work .

My friend called looking for some cheap used tires to put on her car and whoever answered the phone around 1pm on Thursday 2/29, was So Rude!!! Didn't give his name so we didn't feel confident calling back to speak to someone else to resolve this issue. She explained what she needed and this guy starts berating her because she said that the quality of the tires wasn't an issue and he said "Well that's not very nice of you to put cheap tires on to a car you're selling." So, you're saying that your used tires for sale aren't "good enough" to be on a car?!? This guy even said my friend was "stupid" because she wasn't interested in new or expensive tires! She was literally crying after this guy was so rude to her! Definitely making sure this behavior is known and will Never recommend this place because of this horribly Rude employee!!!

If I could give several negative stars, I would. This guy was so rude in answering the phone and my questions. That's all I'll bother saying. Don't go here. They don't listen to what you have to say and give you judgemental answers when they only listen to A PART of your question.

My tire popped on my way home from work today so I took it to the nearest Walmart. Walmart was unable to fix it, so I called Mayen and they told me they could fix it, no problem! The two men at the shop were so helpful and kind even though I was coming in 30 minutes before closing. They fixed my tire fast and for a really great price. I’ll definitely be going back to them for all my tire needs in the future! They made a stressful situation really easy and I’m so thankful for them!
