Jackie was so helpful and found us a mattress that we love. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions plus ones we didn't know to ask. Delivery was fast and he was on time and set up our bed quickly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. - Denise Tinney-Clark

Went to the Rogers store ... Jackie was there to help, she did a fabulous job by explaining everything in detail, gave alot of useful tips and helped us find the best suitable mattress for us. She managed the next day delivery and gave us a good discount as well. I totally recommend the store and happy with the staff and services.

DO NOT buy from this joke of a company. Bought a mattress about 2 months ago and was told there was a 90 day return policy if we didnt like it. I called today to exchange it because it wasnt working out for us and the guy WENT AGAINST HIS WORD LIKE AN ABSOLUTE CROOK and wont let us exchange it. I am not even looking to return it, just exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! All they care about is your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Some lying, old man helped us. BEWARE OF HIM. He lies just to get sales.

Called inquiring about inventory and delivery times, and wanted to go into the store with my husband to check out a mattress. Wade insisted several times that I setup the sale over the phone because he wouldn’t be in the store when my husband and I could stop in - felt very pressured into making sure Wade got his commission.My husband ended up making a purchase from another store the next day as we had intended.Wade called and when I let him know that we had already made a purchase and apologized for not being able to call him earlier he became upset. Wade asked what mattress I had bought and rudely told me that he could have saved me hundreds of dollars (not true because the mattress price was the same at every seller and old mattress take away was much cheaper at the other store).Very pushy, lots of pressure to buy mattress without even seeing it, and rude comments over the phone.

Most unprofessional and rude customer service ever encountered. My 87 year old mother bought two beds, her's had an electric adjustable base that stuck in an up position. No local repair person available for three weeks, manager didn't care or offer any assistance other than wait. Repair person came and told mother problem was control box and he would let them known. Approximately three days go by and no call from manager or anyone else so mother called and was told by Wade that a new base would be sent in a couple days. After week of bad weather cleared I contacted manager, Wade, and he said repair person found nothing wrong and that bed worked fine. When pressed to speak with the tech Wade's response was there is nothing wrong with the bed. Then Wade had the audacity to say, due to my mother's age maybe she is slipping and forgot how to operate it (after 12 moths). The conversation went down hill from there and he said they are doing nothing with the bed. I have never had such an outlandish conversation with a customer service person as with Wade. I would not buy a pack of gum from this company, buyer beware. I also asked to speak to the owner, Darrell Stowe but never heard from him.

Awesome experience! The associate Jackie went above and beyond explaining what mattress would best fit us for the way we sleep. We had to have a last minute schedule delivery and she and the manager were able to pull some strings and make it happen. I’m very pleased with the service and I will definitely be mentioning them to friends and family.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping for mattress at Matress King in Rogers. Jackie, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and was not pressuring us for a sale. She thoroughly explained the various models and features, asked questions on our sleep habits and provided options for us to consider. We purchased a bed to meet our needs and we're very pleased with our selection. Thanks Jackie!!

Wade from Mattress King is extraordinary! Cooling gel memory foam pillows and the Sterns & Foster hurston estate is the absolute best. Had a previous S&F about 11 years ago. Wore out after 10 years and 6 months. Longer than the 10 year warranty but so worth it! I'm a believer in S&F.

I was searching for a mattress cover. Staff searched in back, because size I wanted wasn't out front. Paid more than I wanted to pay, but I hadn't been able to find one I liked..online or at other retail stores.

Be aware when buying from this place. I chose a set and asked ‘what if I don’t like it?’ and was shown a more expensive set and was told it had the comfort warranty so didn’t mind paying more for that set. When I called to see about a different set under the warranty I was told the set I chose DID NOT have the warranty! I told him yes it did, I made sure to get the warranty! I feel they tricked me into getting what they could out of me so be sure to make them put it in writing so you don’t get swindled too!!! The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and argumentative about it as well. Terrible, terrible service. I’m sure you can find a better place to purchase from!
