I was very impressed how knowledgeable Colton was about mattresses. He listened to all my concerns with extreme attentiveness. He walked me through every little detail. He was not pushy at all. He was more concerned on how he could accommodate me. I'm happy that I decided to shop at Mattress Firm. Colton, thank you for helping me. Also, the other salesman was very knowledgeable also. We worked exclusively with Brad who is the District Manager. Fantastic experience with him. No pressure on the sale at all. I wanted to spend some time thinking about our mattress and there was no pushing on his end. He also helped us navigate promotions put on by the company who made our mattress.

I purchased the mattress firm 900 adjustable bed frame in December 2021.I purchased it at the Rogers Arkansas store where Adrian and Colton were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! My delivery came early in the two hour window set for delivery. My delivery people, Jose and Octavio we’re extremely professional and took great care not to damage my home ! They removed the old bed and brought the new one in with care. They actually took great care to listen to how I wanted it set up and removed all the trash and we’re very very courteous. Something that is often very lacking these days. I’m an old lady set my ways and if I am extremely happy you know that they went above and beyond and did a good job. I would recommend the mattress firm Rogers store to anyone looking to buy a bed and if you’re looking at adjustable bed frames I am extremely happy with my mattress firm 900 adjustable bed and I highly recommend it. And I will see if I can come back and update this later on my adjustable bed frame. Thank you Adrian, Colton, Jose and Octavio you guys made my day thanks

I am moving out of state and needed a bed delivered on my move in date. The store in Rogers AR set me right up and the transaction was completed very easily over the phone and through the website. I will have the bed the day I get my new keys. Thank you Colton!!

The salesperson was very helpful and responsive to our preferences. He wasn’t overly pushy toward the most expensive mattress, but he tried to help us find the right mattress based upon our budget, desired features and comments made about the various mattresses we tested. All in all, it was a pleasant experience!
