My experience with Mattress Firm was excellent. The salesperson, Julien, was very helpful in that he asked questions about our needs/preferences, showed us options and answered our questions, with no pressure involved. We were able to get our purchases delivered the next day by very efficient, personable workers. It was an easy, pleasant experience all around.
