Like the professionals at mani pedicure, the place looks clean, comfortable chairs and their service are excellent.
Cleanliness: The booths, chairs, foot fountain are clean and covered with plastic avoid any germs. The personal is really nice and care for the costumer satisfaction.

Tony has been doing my services for quite awhile now. He does a wonderful job, and is very attentive to my requests. I get manicures with dipping powder and pedicures with gel polish. I appreciate the ease of scheduling my appointments.
Requested style: My nails are always shaped as requested and the length is correct as well.
Cleanliness: Always clean and tidy!
Stylist: Tony A+++

Quality nails, on par with other shops but no customer loyalty. Have been going there consistently for the last year, every two weeks pedicure and nails roughly $125 each time. Checked to see how many points I had and they said 14? Absolutely hilarious and clearly someone doesn’t have any idea how a loyalty system should work or their receptionist never actually tracks it. Now searching for a new shop. Good service but I wouldn’t suggest making it your go to place.

The pedi I got on my toes was very good but my mani was not good because there are air bubbles in the tips of my nails and the tips are not even.

Very disappointed! I made an appointment on March 17th, asking what time they open and was told 11:00 a.m. so I made (2) appointments for my husband and I for pedicures and manicures. I received and confirmation text right after appointment was made and again the morning of the appointment. We drove 40 minutes and no one was there. They changed their hours to noon without notifying of the change. When I called, I received an excuse and barely an apology. Very disappointed but ended up at Solace Nails and received great service.

Place was dirty to start off with, and everyone I encountered was so rude. Sat down for my pedicure, and she tried to sell me on the CBD pedicure and I said no thank you I will do lavender. Rolled her eyes, and did my pedicure less than 10 minutes! There was no relaxing, she did it literally as fast as she could to move to next client. There wasn’t even a wait so I’m not sure what the rush was. After she painted my toes she literally got up and left and didn’t put the disposable shoes on, I had to ask another lady. The polish was messy and didn’t look great either. Overall hated the experience, I don’t treat myself to pedicures often but when I do I know I’ll never go back here.

Went in for a pedicure once sat, the lady worried about other clients instead of the one she has in from (me)
I’m very picky about my nails and like them a specific way (square shape) I already had them that shape, all I need was a new polish.
She went in without asking how I wanted them and cut them way too short, did not file them, and when putting the polish on she rushed and did not clean the excess off.
The nails were not fully polished and looked messy.

It was "okay." I was a walk in, on a Sunday afternoon, and I had to wait 30 at least. They only had maybe 4 nail techs and about 50 chairs. Of course, they recommended the $$$$ pedicure & I said I want the $$$ pedicure and a manicure. Pedicure was "good", not great, manicure was not. Paid $75, including the tip. They do not use a fast drying topcoat & didn't send me to the drying table with fans. She told me to wait 5 min. For my nails to dry & I waited 10 min. and left. I was very careful but still managed to have the polish on both thumbnails, all wrinkled up. I live an hour away, so I turned around & went back to have them repaired. I had to wait another 30 min. & then she fixed them & she had me go to the drying table. Needless to say, I didn't have time to do anything else while I was in town that day after that & I will spend my money elsewhere next time.

Very relaxing, enjoyable mani and pedi with a friend for her birthday. I got a basic regular polish mani. The girl was so sweet to fix four of them ,after I had to use the ladies room, before they had dried completely. Beautiful interior design and something you don’t expect in a little shopping center.

Editing to add: I called the salon, they took my information to have the owner call me back. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t heard from them.
This salon isn’t my favorite. There are two very solid techs T and Tony (I’d give them alone 5 stars), but when I have to book with others I always have problems. Most recently, I was charged for a “dip mani” and then again to have my “cuticles cleaned up” - who doesn’t include the actual manicure in their manicure service?? And from the same visit, after 3 days, 3 of my DIP NAILS had broken. The visit before that I had to leave because even with an appointment I waited for half an hour. It’s hard enough for me to find time to get my nails done, I can’t go get them fixed when they do a bad job or sit around and wait when I had an appointment. So frustrating. Don’t bother going unless you know the tech you are getting.

Very dirty. Needs to be swept, mopped, and dusted…Charge for their wine unlike most places ($8) and served me white wine hot…the lady was nice however …. Just used to clean places that serve complimentary drinks .
