We absolutely love Little Sunshine's! As many mamas are, I was so nervous about starting my baby in preschool. I searched high and low for a school that felt secure, professional and also personal, and LSP checked all of those boxes plus some! I love getting updates throughout the day, little bits of info about her day and pictures, it certainly makes the separation easier, especially in those first weeks. I can't say enough about the staff, from admin to teachers, it's evident that they all love their job and take pride in being an integral part of the families that attend their school. My girl adores her teachers, Ms. Lyn and Ms. Mali, and is excited to see them each school day. We're so happy here! Thank you to everyone at LSP!

I can’t quite put into words how special Little Sunshine Playhouse is to our family - The teachers, the staff, the love, and the learning. The effort they put into making each day so special, is everything and more that I could have hoped for. So grateful to be a part of the LSP family ??A huge shoutout to my boys’ teachers Ms. Tori, Ms. Deanna, Ms. Audrey, Ms. Mary, Ms. LeeAnn, Ms. Melissa. And of course, the incredible staff with Ms. Heather, Ms. Emy, and Ms. Ashley. We cannot thank them all enough!!

We absolutely LOVE Little Sunshine’s! It’s been the best thing for our social butterfly baby! Ms Ana, Ms Betty & Ms Kassandra are the best teachers, and we never have to worry about our daughter while we’re at work. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We are SO HAPPY with LSP since enrolling our baby girl there. It's such a relief to not worry all day about her well-being. We feel she is safe and well cared for. Because of Ms. Ana and Ms. Betty's amazing and consistent communication, we feel like we know what her whole day looks like and we truly love and appreciate that! We looked at several places and even took her to a different one first that we quickly removed her from. It's a scary process picking out a place to leave your child at each day and we feel we definitely made the right choice!

So many great things to say about Little Sunshine Preschool!!! Our teachers, Miss Mali and Miss Lyn, are so wonderful with our son (and me!!) They take the time to listen and work with his needs, therapists, and they always find time to speak with us, the parents, at the end of the day. Their in-person feedback about his day means so much to me. Our child has needs that differ than the majority of children; it’s hard to describe how good it feels to know he is being cared for by teachers than genuinely care about his development and are helping us with his growth along the way. Thank you, Miss Mali, Miss Lyn and the WHOLE staff at LSP!!!

I can't imagine where else I would want to send my kid! Ms. Betty has been paramount in his transition from home to school! Personal touch, compassionate, excellent communicator, warmth are just a few descriptors of Ms. Betty. Introducing him to Spanish on the daily has been crucial as well! Ms. Cassie with the toddler class has transitioned him as well! If you can get on the waitlist early, this school & experience for your child will not disappoint!

Don’t send your child here. Our first 2-ish years were great, but after a change in leadership, it got worse and worse. I feel like a review from six years ago is almost the exact same experience. Our son had the typical issues you see in 2 and 3 year olds - biting, acting out, meltdowns (you know, the things children who don’t understand their feelings and can’t express themselves do) - but that quickly became “he’s too much for us to handle.” We had numerous meetings with the director and did EVERYTHING they asked, including play therapy (sounds familiar). We ask if they have cameras in the rooms so we can see what is happening when there is an issue - conveniently, their cameras are only live views and they don’t have recordings. All the while, my son begins crying every morning on the way to daycare and saying “I don’t want to go” and “I don’t like it there.” Unfortunately, I chalked it up to him getting in trouble for a long time. Eventually, it became constant calls to come get him because they can’t “handle” him. Um, hi, there’s a reason he’s in your daycare, we work. I’m lucky that I have an amazing boss.Meanwhile, my son is saying “Miss —— scares me” on a regular basis and I witness her screaming at the top of her lungs at kids on two separate occasions. Cut to now, my son has been out of LSP for five months and in a new daycare where he is THRIVING and there have been zero incident reports or calls to come get him.I have major regret that I assumed that my son was being dramatic about not liking LSP and not reporting the screaming “teacher” to the director. My child is not perfect by any means and I know he was not always on his best behavior, but it certainly seems like if they can’t manage typical toddler behaviors, they write them off as a problem child.

Just moved to NWA and our biggest importance was finding our daughter the right school and daycare. We couldn't be happier with Little Sunshine's and the staff there. We feel right at home!

I love the teachers in the I fant room at Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool! They take such good care of my little one. They're professional when needed and playful at the right times with the babies. They maintain transparency we with all the parents - good and bad - which is so important as a first time mom!Kudos to Sandy, Damaris, and Breanna!!!

Some reviewer complained about the chaos. Well, it is loud but these are school children. He complained the children were not watched. There are surveillance cameras and monitors. And they are watched.I had my three grandsons and grand daughter there. The staff is accommodating, the teachers are monitored as are the children. Each teacher took a personal interest in the welfare of the child.I think the review offered as a complaint cannot be substantiated objectively. What he offered, or she, is merely a subjective opinion without a factual foundation. So I call B. S. on the highly subjective review.

Former pre-k here. The afternoons are always chaotic. It's so loud in the classroom that I often can't hear the teacher trying to talk to me. It's bad when even my kid says it's too loud! I don't know how they would be able to get anything done during the day like that. I do appreciate that they let kids go out and play, but according to their schedules they play for 2 1/2 hours, take a 2 hour nap, and then only do any constructive learning for 1 1/2 hours. Considering this is the most expensive place in NWA, I expected more. This is the really condensed version. It wasn't all bad, kid seemed to like it most days, but it is way overpriced and the whole point of sending your kid to pre-k is so they can learn things they can't at home, and that was definitely not the case with us.
