Do not, I repeat. Do not use a credit card for gas here If you are close to your limit. I used a credit card to get $50 in gas. Went out to the pump And for some reason it canceled my transaction, not sure if it was an error on the clerk or not, but went back in and they said that it would take a few days for it to come off of there and charged me ANOTHER $50. Even after I told them I was already close to my limit and could not afford another $50 and asked why they could not register it as cash and fix their cash drawer later. The manager did absolutely nothing to help me remedy the situation. Instead I have to rely on the credit card company, I'm strictly sticking to Casey's from now on, at least they would help me in this type of situation.

Clean modern store, but the staff was rude. We came in mid day to get some snacks. There was no one at the counter. A female associate finally came out of the back arguing with a male associate about company policy. She did not respond when greeted said nothing to us, and continued arguing with the other associate as we checked out.

Isabel has the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.A posted advertisement price for alcohol at $15.49 was not honored. When I asked to honor it she told me it was illegal to change the price of alcohol. Isabel then went back to the cooler took down the advertisement and tucked it away behind the register.I questioned her on this and expressed my frustration. Other employees didn’t have an issue honoring the advertisement in the past.WE’RE TALKING ABOUT $1.00 HEREI was instructed by Isabel that I could leave the store and the displayed discounted price would not be honored because it violated the law.Isabel needs help from above.It should be illegal to be this stupid.
