The brunette female cashier tonight was super rude, as I came she seemed annoyed that I walked in and right after the transaction went through quickly she bolted outside, the door slamming behind her so she could smoke a cigarette outside. Honestly she seemed irate. I’ve never had such a rushed and clearly rude attitude from a cashier before; my interactions were very simple and I wasn’t being needy. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was startling.

We had a really bad customer service experience. We requested to open the pump to fill up 20 gallons of diesel, as were not able to pay at the pump.The cashier/ supervisor of the store denied to open the pump and he asked us to tell the exact number, he asked us to calculate the price. So we left the store without filling the gas. Very poor customer service.

This is a pretty good gas station. The store was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Decent coffee. Friendly staff. Most important for road trips, the bathrooms are always clean and available.

Cashier lady with piercings was so rude. She to came to attend us with an attitude, she slammed the scanner down on the counter, as soon as the transaction went through she just walked away angrily without giving us the receipt.

I stopped by for lunch today and was treated extremely poorly by Kaitlyn; the manager on shift. I politely let her know that their ranch cups were rotten, hoping that nobody else would have to find out by eating them. She responded saying “okay, well I guess it’s a good thing they’re free then huh? Just throw it away then”. Afterwards I bought a drink to wash that taste out, and she snapped the cash out of my hand, gave me the wrong change, and tried to tell me I was wrong when I asked for my change back.I usually have fairly good experiences at most Kum and Go’s, but saying as how this type of behavior is displayed by an employee with a leadership position; I don’t see this store being very successful in the customer satisfaction department.

Kinda wish I had skipped using the bathroom here-yuck. And don't be like me-I bought a Kum & Go branded headband but didn't realize that the coin change comes outta the automated tray (how retro is that?) so the dude after me got my coin change.

Went tonight was having a bad day already picked up the wrong charger cord went to take it back and the guy accused me of trying to steal from him and cussed at me totally unacceptable now I have a charger I can't use and even worse day thanks

Kum and Gos are by far the superior convenient stores/gas stations in NWA. The staff is always friendly and the food is quite tasty. This Kum and Go is no exception. Staff is so nice, their employee Meghann was awesome and made my experience even better than usual!

I pulled in here with my truck to get diesel because the sign by highway had it for $2.19/gallon but on pump it's $2.29 , and of course no management inside store , so if your getting fuel at this kum & Go station its like a bait and switch , not very truthful.

Stopped by this location on my way home. Very clean store, even the bathroom was in great shape. The manager, Jennifer saw me looking at pizza and asked what I was looking for, plain pepperoni. She made a fresh pizza for me and told me about a special so I took two pizzas home for the price of one. They also carry my treasured Black Rifle Coffee cans. I’ll stop by this store instead of another store.

I am just passing through, cashier said i had to sign up for rewards to get the sale price but even if i signed up today i would not get the sale. I will just go buy my drinks somewhere else down the road and remember not to return to this company
