I walked in to the store and it was so festive.. displays were neat filled, and everyone so nice.I needed assistance in the jewelry section and the associate was prompt and so nice!

Kohl's offered good sale prices and we found what we wanted. However, the additional 20% off coupon was scanned at checkout and I didn't notice nothing in my purchase was eligible for the discount. So, check excludes categories and brands if you are counting on a discount. Also, the clerk left a security tag on the shoes which set the alarm off as we exited. So watch for that. At least we didn't get all the way home before noticing thanks to the lovely alarm.

I'm sorry to say this Kohls was terrible. Employees walking around when the entire place had unfolded clothes just strawn about and not in their right place made it difficult to find anything. Prices were not good. I will not be returning.

I’m glad we have a Kohl’s but it seems like the one in Rogers has a bigger selection for me. But hey, there’s a Sephora in there!But I feel sorry for the workers. I had to walk all over that store to find someone that could help me. Which is rough with a terrible disc. They need more workers. I feel sorry for the ones working for Black Friday.

Went in to look at finding a dress for school. They didn't have any. I think they were switching out seasons. It's a great place, friendly atmosphere n clean. Not many employees around tho

I love shopping at kohl's because of the quality and most items discounted. Love getting coupons for stretching my money. Returns are always hassle free and friendly associates.
