These are dangerous, awful people. They race the cars and do burnouts and joyrides down our streets. They are doing this through family neighborhoods with a city park and school children walking home. Someone is going to get hurt. They should be shut down.

My wife and I bought a truck from this dealer and the truck has a lean on it so we can't get a title and he won't return our calls. All I want is to get it straighten out.

Steer clear of this car lot. They sold my daughters 1st car at age of 16 saved money for 3 yrs and we pitched in for a $4000 car that stopped working about 40min into our drive home. Wouldnt go over 45 mph on freeway. TRANSMISSION is bad to replace about $3000 They said it will be a great car for your daughter. Now she has No money and no car. Dont believe these guys they dont try ti help their customers...

They put products in the oil to hide serious problems. Be sure to get an oil analysis from a real mechanic because they are not honest.

Very nice guy bought my wife a blue ford f150 truck its been 3 yrs and truck is still running strong we pulled camper, four wheelers and a excavator so we have not been easy on it and it still runs strong.

I bought a truck for my Grandson from them. He didn't even get 10 miles from the car lot before it overheated . He called Key Motors and they said they have a shop they use down the road, he took it to them. and was told told the water pump was bad and that they would also have to replace the timing gear cover gasket. this is a 7.3 diesel. Spoke with Key Motors and they will not stand behind any of it. I was told that my grandson tromp on it leaving the the lot and it could of caused it. Yea i;m really that stupid.... The shop quoted 2500.00 to repair it. I would say stay far away from this car lot. They could care less about customers once they get your money. he didn't even have the truck 30 min. And from the other reports on here, I am not the only one they have screwed

Avoid this place like Covid-19. I am very thankful I did not buy their POS car. The sales guy is nice enough but the owner could care less about the people he sells cars to. I was looking for a particular car and luckily I have a daily driver so I could be picky but the oil cap broke in the valve cover (salesman did it), tires were horribly out of balance, check engine light for a misfiring cylinder and the oil looked like it already had 5k miles on it. I told the owner what I would be willing to pay if I could take it to a shop I trusted and them diagnose the problems, he hung up on me. The next day his tune changed and said he would have his sales guy meet me at the shop. After being 15 minutes late I called and he said he sold it to someone else, again hung up on me. I feel bad for the guy who bought it and hope it was an easy fix. I wouldn't touch another car from this place with a 10ft pole.

Absolutely worst costumer experience ive ever had. The OWNER of the business cussed me and my mother out because we didnt buy his Peice Of S*** 2004 ford f150 4 door with a big brush guard on the front. It had so many issues and problems i wouldnt even be able to drive it until a new set of tires and a new windshield. After i looked it over the owner came over to us and asked what i was thinking on the truck. I simply told him im not gonna buy the vehicle today and that was it. He snatched the keys away from me and said he didnt wanna sell it for as low as he said anyways and he had all the others guys lined up for it so i told him i hope he sells it and started walking away. The sales rep had left the hood up and the owner says you're not even going to close the hood?? Like it was My f****** job, i just kept walking and ignored him and he says well F*** you then get the f*** off my lot and started a big yelling fight between all of us!!!!!! All because i wouldnt buy his lemmoned POS truck. I Highly suggest if you have CASH in your pocket LIKE I did you take it to Any other dealer in Roger's you'll DEFINITELY get a better deal Anywhere else and better treatment.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! you have been warned!! They are the poster children for shaded car salesmen. Sold me a vehicle as a 2006 titled arrived as a 2005. Owned the vehicle for 2 months and have already put a ton of money in repairs.
