Caleb was very helpful, detail-oriented, and friendly! He gave us posing tips and was very informative about all the portrait. As an added bonus, the portraits with the prints were cheaper than other local options and reasonably priced!

I would never buy a bed from JCPenney, maybe nothing else either. We purchased a bed July 1 of this year and was told it was in stock, and that it would be delivered at our house by the 10th. We got a call on the 13th saying that it would be delivered on Sunday the 16th between nine and 10.. it never showed up. I called Jonathan at JCPenney's, he's a young man who sold us the mattress very nice guy. I feel like none of this is his fault.. He called the delivery people who told him they don't even deliver on Sunday and he called me back and said they would call me within an hour and a half. Five hours later I called Jonathan back because I received no call. He gave me the phone number for the delivery place I called them. They wanted proof that I did not have the mattress. I was told that those guys would always call if they were not going to deliver a mattress, but we got no call and we stayed home all day waiting. I was told they would see if they could find the mattress and that they would call me for sure the next day or the next day has come and gone. It's now the 18th still no mattress, still no call, but they have our money. The blue truck delivery service that JCPenney uses is an absolute joke again I would never buy anything from JCPenney that needs delivered. In fact, I believe we will be not buying anything at all ever again at JCPenney.!!

Fun environment! Sessions are quick so babies and children can handle it! Photographers work so hard to get those smilies! Much patience is used as well! Great prices! Prints are as low as $6.99 with offers off website! Digital copies are $119.99. 15-20 photos are captured. You get to review photos right after the session! Props are provided as well as backgrounds to choose from!

Be careful. Someone made a boat about a free photo shoot on Facebook for the new hires. It’s not really free. There is a booking fee.We booked anyway then an hour before the session they said the new photographer was not working that day so it would be the full price.Luckily we had not invested too much into clothes, hair, etc so we didn’t land in their trap.

My wife and I recently did a fun and wacky photo shoot at this location. Kuhio was our photographer and he was wonderful! The photos turned out great and we were able to snag the digital album on sale! We will definitely be back for future shoots. Thank you Kuhio for making our experience one to remember!!!

I had a great experience with my family and newborn pics. Keegan and Lizabeth assisted us. They were very welcoming, patient, and made us feel comfortable. We had to step out a few times to calm down and feed our baby. Our pics came out super perfect! I will be back... :)

We Did New Born/Family Session. There’s Only 1 Picture I Like!! Everything Else Its Really Bad!!! I Feel That The Photographer Had No Experience!! He Wanted Me To Wrap My Baby!! At The End My Baby Was Only Wrap From Her Hips..Not Going Back, & We Even Pay Seating For 2 Yrs?

Horribly bad experience. The lady was unqualified who took our pictures. We went there for passport pictures. We had particular dimension and pixel guidelines with us. She could not think anything beyond posing for romantic couple picture. Extremely unqualified, unprofessional. When we explained dimensions and pixel she said she had no clue what we were saying. But she kept on pushing us to buy the shoddy pictures she had takenWasted 100 dollars for nothing. Never ever visit this store. Very very very bad studio. Also our appojgmemt was at 12.15 pm. We called in to inform we were running late. We reached 6 min late to realize the appointment before us was yet to be over and she was glad that we were late. But our wait we shot over. She made us sit for another 45 min untill she got done with the previous client. I do not understand why would you give someone a 12.15 slot and not engine with previous client untill 1pm. Horrible experience.

In a huge Rush to get my newborn's pictures done; I honestly cannot recommend since they do not take the time or have the patience. My Son was being good so not sure what the big rush was for; she did NOT have another customer or appointment. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED; especially with someone that had worked @ that portrait studio for 8 years.I would recommend going elsewhere for newborn pictures.
