“Went to T Mobile - Rogers Promenade today. This store is clean and well run. I typically don't like cell phone stores for various reasons, but today was my best experience ever. The sales person (Charles) made our day! Charles was courteous, knowledgeable, and concerned about my time. My wife and I traded in our phones for new phones and the process was fantastic! If you go into this store- Charles is the best!”

“The female manager here is wonderful. Waited a while to post this review since I was helped at Christmas time. I traded in an old watch, switched from T-Mobile and brought over 4 lines, I had a super complex situation and she nailed it. Like down to the penny. This place actively works hard to make the customer happy and that’s what I witnessed. Reading these 1 star reviews, it sounds like a bunch of impatient bums trying to get freebies and acting like internet babies when they don’t get what they want. Great job Verizon, I will continue my business with this location and am thankful for such wonderful staff.”
