“20241007 I recently stayed the 4 nights here. Getting here was a bit strange... needed to turn where the mattress store is, and pass the mattress store and another hotel before getting to this hotel, that is located in between 2 hotels. The hotel lays out like a donut. I picked room 118 because it's closest to 1 of the doors in the back of the hotel facing the court yard. Because it's off season, the pool was closed, and the hotel wasn't busy. I can imagine the noise level from the pool and ball court when it's travel season because 1 evening, someone was bouncing a ball outside. I want to give the employee, Kathy, who worked the night shift Sunday night 10/6. I needed her help, and she was so caring and helpful. I am so thankful that she was there for me. The hotel was clean, and the only complaint I have is the shower door. It opens up toward the toilet, amd the towel rack was ab9ve the toilet. There was no hooks or a place where I can hang the towel within arm reach after a shower. I ended up putting it on a towel on the floor. Recommend replacing the shower door with sliding doors woth both doors slidable.”
“Rooms: The room we stayed in was very quiet partly because it was on the top floor. In the past I found it difficult to sleep when the room above us was occupied by the Swedish hockey team and their coach had evidently forgotten to tell them that practice was over!
Nearby activities: Several Restaurants to choose from within 2 blocks. Movie theater across the street. Also a Lowes in case you need sheetrock while you're on vacation - just kidding!
Walkability: There are sidewalks all around, however crossing the street is a bit dicey due to high traffic. Having said that, if you have a high coverage life policy then you're good to go!”

“This hotel is very comfortable and homey. You are welcomed by excellent staff to a clean room, spacious room. Most staff is very responsive and communicative when needs arise. Do not hesitate to reach out to ensure your stay is amazing. Carlos is very welcoming, charming and the life of the conversation. He could turn (almost) anyone's frown upside down! What a great person to meet. Mrs. Nichole, Mrs. Karri, Mr. Steve, Garrett and Nathaniel were always very prompt to serve and ensure that our stay was going as smoothly as possible. Mrs. Yesenia in the kitchen and Mrs. Jessica in room service were especially great with how they interact with everyone and elevate the comfortable feel of the place. CJ was helpful and has a lot on her plate she deals with! She does her best to provide the excellent team atmosphere from what I can tell.”
“Great location. Kitchenettes are modern. USB electrical outlets at head of bed. No carpet (that's good). Mattresses really comfortable. Good overhead lighting. Really, that wasn't anything wrong anywhere.
Plus, my favorite, can park right in front of the room door. No hassles with luggage carts & waiting on an elevator.”
“I have to start this review by highlighting the exceptional service provided by Lacie, the front desk evening employee. Her dedication and kindness truly set a new standard for customer service. After a grueling 20-hour drive from Florida to visit family in Arkansas, I realized I had left my pillow at the hotel. Despite the pillow being a relatively minor item, Lacie went above and beyond to ensure we retrieved it. Her genuine patience and effort were remarkable, and I can only imagine how she must handle more significant issues with the same level of care and professionalism.
A heartfelt thank you to Lacie for making our stay so memorable and stress-free. Her exceptional service did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate her kindness.

“This place was super clean including beds, room and even the parking lot! Was tired so did a quick expedia booking to get off the road quick to get some sleep. Somehow the date changed to the next night so I paid for a nonrefundable room for the wrong night. Went to check in and realized the error. Manager advised what needed to be done to get refund. Expedia Agent said he was unable to contact manager so didn’t refund. I probably would have given up at that point. Hotel manager asked me if issue had been resolved and told me again to call them but while in the lobby. He spoke to the agent and they refunded my money with no hassle.
Great customer service! Really seemed to care that we were happy with the accommodations! Also gave us suggestions about nearby food and points of interest in the area that we enjoyed very much! I appreciated the terrific service and a great night of rest!
Their review ratings are not what we experienced. Best place we stayed at for this price!”

“By far the best stay I have had in a while. The snacks and food on site, welcoming staff, and the amazing housekeeping staff being on top of everything. Great location for animals and hotel has various amenities including pool, gym, conference room, and laundry: Management is great and very hands on and the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. Yes, it’s not a brand new hotel, but the beds are comfy, rooms are cleaned and the service is great - Thank you!
Also, I would highly suggest that a promotion is in place for a managerial role for the front desk lead “Katrina”. She went out of her way on several occasions to assist with new towels, fresh linens, and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the hotel.”
“We were at the Bikes, Blues, and BBQ bike rally and the room was at an excellent location to go back and forth on our bike. The room was perfect for what we needed it for, the mini fridge was awesome to have. Service was great! My only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t cleaned good. The bed was comfortable also!”
“Totally exceeded my expectations! This was better than some of the 4-star hotels I’ve been in. My guess is it’s a combination of location and demographics — Roger’s/Bentonville’s not your usual place to visit for the average traveler. Heck, the only reason why we visited in the first place was for a concert. We knew we’d never choose to visit this place normally (as opposed to others on our priority list) so it’s a win-win to have been able to explore the area. And we’re glad we did, we’d definitely come back for a weekend trip and would 100% stay at Hampton Inn again. I was very impressed with their free breakfast selections. 10/10!”
