Comfy, good sized suite. Breakfast provided every morning was alright, and roomkeeping was fine. They have a laundry room on the 2nd floor if you need it; it requires quarters to operate.Only real downside was the bath and shower tap splitter in the bathroom wasn't that great.

We had our family vacation here, and it was great. We were able to use the lobby area for our family activities. The breakfast was yummy. The pool was great for the kids. Great stay!

Overall, it was fine to good. Got off to a bad start, though. I did the early check-in the day before and it let me pick my room. I picked quiet 4th floor room facing the courtyard. When I get there that night they had changed me to 2nd floor, facing out to ugly backdoor of retail space, across the hall from the ice machine and maintenance room. There was no explanation for that, even when I asked. I'm guessing somebody with more points got there before me that evening and wanted my original room. The other negative was the bed and pillows. I thought the pillows I had were uncomfortable, and my wife found the bed to be uncomfortable. Nothing terrible, just not good. But there is plenty of good here. It was clean, everything worked as it should, nice people, it felt safe, a really good breakfast (much better than most of the free breakfast places), easy to get to, and lots of retail around if you need that. We would stay here again.

Arrival- drove 7hours and exhausted so I asked for my gold membership waters front desk lady looked at me and said they were in the room. We could not open our door but finally after having to push with our shoulders it opened. (Waters were NOT in the room) so had to go back downstairs to get my waters. She rolled her eyes as I told her they were not in the room. Told her our door was stuck and she said someone would be up to fix it because they always have problems with doors? ? went to dinner came back could t open our door again. Beds were old and springy and uncomfortable! And the room was not clean!!2nd day- woke up with horrible back pain from the old bed. Left for breakfast reservations and came back to change and couldnt open our door again it was stuck. Finally hubby got there and had to push it open. Left for our dinner reservations and came back and again can’t open our door. We go downstairs and the front desk lady says they have a long stick they use when that happens to their doors?!! I’m sorry what? Y’all know about this? It’s an on going problem? She comes up and finally opens the door for us. I told her it seemed as though someone was in our room because it doesn’t close fully! and the gap is significant we can see out of our room so I’m sure people can see in it. I told her that I felt like the inside lock was on because I could open the door a little bit but seemed the lock was on. She assured me that probably no one was in my room. She came in to look and no one was on the room. I still felt unsafe and weird about it. so I called my husband to come to the room and he had to cut his socializing time to Come back to the room with us asap. He arrived and I could not open the door from the inside and he couldn’t from the outside for a few minutes. Finally the door opens! It was all in all the most terrible experience at any hotel we have ever stayed in and we stay at a whole lot of them. I think we may start trying airbnbs this was a nightmare!!!

Overall I was happy with the accommodation. I stayed in the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard. There was a dull noise from the HVAC and people were a bit loud on a Saturday evening in the courtyard. Breakfast was good and parking was ample.

Great rooms, clean, comfortable, fabulous breakfast. Nice job ? on room refreshing.Noteworthy details: Pool wasn't heated, and no hot tub. Wouldn't allow bikes to park under the awning during a rain storm.

In town for a concert. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond for us.The hotel is in very close proximity of the amp, so the drive there and back was quick. The room was clean, with everything we needed. Love the dispensers in the shower! Wish the lighting was a bit different around the mirror, but over all we were pleased.I also want to extend the fact that I left my wedding band set there, which took me over a day to realize where it was. The cleaning staff turned it in! The hotel mailed it back to me upon my request!I will say, this might not have happened in another hotel!I can not thank the company enough for having these types of people hired. Unfortunately, integrity is falling at the waist side in this society, but this gave me hope!Thank you!Rooms: Clean, comfortable,I enjoyed the lay out of the room. It was small, but perfect for us!Nearby activities: Amp was a quick drive.

This is a beautiful hotel. Everything looked brand new even though it wasn't new. The rooms in our two-room suite were quite luxurious for the price.

I'm writing this on the couch in my suite. This is the best overall experience I have received at a hotel in a very long time. We live in Kansas and like to get away to different places every few weeks. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting Rogers. You guys are now our official place to stay. The room was very clean and satisfying. All the Stagg we have been in contact with have been awesome. The breakfast is absolutely unexpectedly good. The only complaint I have is the fall hazard at the pool. On the north side where the different square tiles are, the ground is very slick and a fall hazard. It could use some sand paper grippers or something to help you from falling. My daughter fell and I watched about 3 others too.

My family and I had a house fire over the weekend and our insurance tried to put us up in this hotel. When we got there to check in, they did everything including charge us a $70 deposit before we finished signing paperwork. We got to the pet policy section and realized that they had a 2 pet per room policy and even though we were up front with them and our insurance about having 4 pets, they told us to figure it out and call insurance to get two rooms. Reserving two rooms would have been wasteful given we refuse to be separated from family and pets after such a traumatic weekend. I'm not mad about the policy, I get it. I'm upset with the treatment we received and the lack of empathy. Then they called the Country inn and suites directly behind them to ask the front desk if they had had any problems with us ?!?!? The Country Inn & Suites told them we had been nothing but nice and compliant with all of our pets and Country Inn didn't have a single issue with it. I would not recommend this location, but the hotel directly behind them!
