20241007 I recently stayed the 4 nights here. Getting here was a bit strange... needed to turn where the mattress store is, and pass the mattress store and another hotel before getting to this hotel, that is located in between 2 hotels. The hotel lays out like a donut. I picked room 118 because it's closest to 1 of the doors in the back of the hotel facing the court yard. Because it's off season, the pool was closed, and the hotel wasn't busy. I can imagine the noise level from the pool and ball court when it's travel season because 1 evening, someone was bouncing a ball outside. I want to give the employee, Kathy, who worked the night shift Sunday night 10/6. I needed her help, and she was so caring and helpful. I am so thankful that she was there for me. The hotel was clean, and the only complaint I have is the shower door. It opens up toward the toilet, amd the towel rack was ab9ve the toilet. There was no hooks or a place where I can hang the towel within arm reach after a shower. I ended up putting it on a towel on the floor. Recommend replacing the shower door with sliding doors woth both doors slidable.

No issues with the staff or the rooms. The only complaint was the elevator being down my entire stay.

Location was great and room was well spaced out. A little dated interior but all digital keys worked. Breakfast was above average. Very slim on kitchen supplies (1/4 paper towel roll, no dish soap, no sponge).

The hotel was not up to Hilton brand standards. It wasn't terrible though. We had mystery stains and holes in our towels which was somewhat interesting. Overall it wasn't bad but we wouldn't stay here again.

I would stay here again if I return to this area. Just a 10 minute Lyft ride to Walmart Amp. Room was clean & bigger than expected for the price. Breakfast was delicious, & all staff super friendly.

Food and drinks: You can walk to Canes plus there's a lot of other choices nearby

Staff has been so kind and accommodating throughout our family's extended stay.
To cite just one anecdote, I had a 2-year-old who was having an incredibly rough night which led me to take them on a late-night drive around town. When I returned, I realized I had left my room key inside and was locked out. After I used the lobby entrance phone to notify the overnight staff of my predicament, Cathy came to the rescue. Not only did she get us inside the building, but she pulled out a box of rubber ducks and offered one to my still disgruntled 2-year-old who finally broke into a smile and returned happily to bed.

Have traveled all over the USA and the world using Hilton properties. I do like them, but this was the first time my wife wasn't able to go check-in for me while I parked the vehicle. Not a big deal, but wanted to call it out.

Great service. The rooms were huge. My only complaint is the shower water temperature was inconsistent.

The only complaint we had was that the water never got hot. Both the sink and shower were barely warm even after letting it run... cold shower was very irritating, but everything else was wonderful. Breakfast was great!
Rooms: Large room, nice beds. Very clean and spacious.

Very close proximity to the Amp for the concert we were in town for. We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. However, the wallpaper was peeling and bubbling by the elevator, and in our bathroom.
The worst part was my husband and I came home with a nasty rash on parts of our bodies. I’m guessing it’s a reaction to the detergent they use for their bedding.
