I don't know why I bother to go to Home Depot. They rarely have what I'm looking for, they have a very limited selection, and the workers are not well versed in their inventory.As an example recently I went there looking for some 1x1 support brackets. The first person I asked sent me to the wrong department. I then took off on my own headed for the hardware department. As I got to the hardware aisle I stopped and asked an employee if they had the brackets I was looking for. She "wasn't sure but they might be towards the end of the aisle". Of course they didn't have what I needed. I would like to add that their hardware department consisted of one aisle with both sides being used for hardware . I just shook my head and asked myself why do I even bother. My experience at Lowe's was everything that this one wasn't.

I was amazed at how happy all the employees are. They were friendly and every one I passed asked me if there was anything they could help me with. I have a Lowe's very close to my house but will definitely be taking the extra time to visit Home Depot!

Home Depot used to always be my place, I love Home Depot and USED to choose it over Lowes everytime... but today, you may have lost a customer for good. 2 reasons. One was lumber selection, every piece I seemed to pick up looked like a boomerang, crooked as a three dollar bill. Took about 40 pieces to get 4 good and almost straight pieces and I needed 30, I gave up at 16 and wasn't totally happy with those. But, that's not my main issue. Ordered 20 boxes of flooring and approximately 8 came in destroyed. They have re-sent them now 4 times and each shipment arrives completely unusable. Have had unfinished flooring now for 2 months.

I needed a uhaul and Home Depot advertised that they rented out uhauls. When I called the store the customer service representative said that I would need to make a reservation online. It was not easy trying to figure out where to reserve the reservation because the customer service representative at this location and the website did not specify that I needed to reserve it at Penske.com and pick it up at Home Depot. So I finally figured this out. When I went to pick up the truck, the associates (3 of them) at the return/online pick up desk was fairly busy but not extreme. They were overly stressed and showing it unprofessionally. I felt like I was a problem by being there in line instead of a customer and I'm sure the rest of the people in line felt that way too. When it was my turn to rent and pay for the uhaul, the guy couldn't explain to me why it cost $250 up front. He said " I don't know, this isn't thru Home Depot so I don't know their prices and what they are charging you for". Weird??? ok.... so I paid for it and then he prints out the receipt and finally explained it to me but I felt he was just sloughing me off to get me out of the way. During my time in line and at customer service desk, the associate asked for assistance at the service desk a total for four times and no one ever showed. Under staffed?

Pretty disappointed with this location. We are remodeling our home so we are spending quite a bit of money in here over the last/next couple of months. We ordered doors over a week ago being told they’d be in on the 26th come to find out it’d be two more weeks. Weren’t offered a discount or upgrade compensation for the inconvenience or anything. Just suggested by employee to go up to the next pricier doors or see if Lowe’s or Fayetteville had them. (Fayetteville had the stock when we ordered but figured we’d stay with the same store since it’s more convenient. If we knew of the 3 week delay we would have just gone to Fayetteville in the first place.) Employee just passed blame to the supplier, which is not what a customer wants to hear. An apology or trying to make it right would have been better rather than pointing fingers.

Everything is available under a roof. I had to return the box of lights, because one of these was not working. The product was returned without any delay. Prompt service and nice behaviour of staff.

Don't expect Home Depot to ship anything on time. Will not happen. Ordered on June 8th said I could pickup in store on Fathers Day. Then moved out twice. Got a call and told now they are "expediting it" to arrive at store July 1st. Wow. Horrible Service

It's hard to get help there. I've been there numerous times and can't find people available. Today I tried to have a piece of wood cut. After walking back and forth to the front then back to the saw and the cashier calling people and myself calling the store with no help. I walked to my car and drove up to Lowe's! When will I learn even though Homedepot is closer to my house Lowes is quicker because they have people to help you!

Wow this location was the bomb digity!! We met a merchandising individual here that had it going on! He was organizing the fruit trees and then cane with us and showed us the inside plant area. It was extremely well taken care of! The cactus and succulent area was legit! It was organized, cared for, and looked great. Great service and Plants well cared for... going to be a good spring location for plants.
