Has anyone else experienced coming in to this shop and being totally ignored? I give them 2 stars for their selection but multiple times I've been in, and they totally ignored me.
I worked 8+ years at a Specialized bike shop in Wichita, that was praised by the community. Why? Because our customer service was great.
Maybe if I was a hard core roadie coming in my full kit, maybe then they'd even ask if I needed help or had any questions. (And it's not like I ride a cheap bike).
Like I said, they have the best selection for Specialized in the area, but otherwise, I feel like they're a black eye on the Specialized name.

Showed up at 5:50 with a broken spoke and needed it fixed the next day. They got to it straight away when they opened the next day and I was good to go.

We were in town for 8 days for spring break, and thank goodness for the crew at Higheoller!
They kept our teenage boys rolling when they had a derailleur get smashed, a tire get slashed, and assessed and gave us a sad, but honest opinion of our other mtb.
Whenever we make it back to the mountain biking capitol of the world, these guys will be our go-to!

They installed a part on my bike and tightened the bolts down so hard it permanently damaged the threads.
