I had an issue with a vacuum that was not working.
The worker on staff was nice and told me the correct vacuum to use and gave me credit to use it.

The drive thru wash is usually good but lately something is always broken or empty today the under carriage didn’t work nor did the dryer. Last time we went the tri gloss was empty and it only had the high water pressure on one side of the wash.

Horrible place! The guy that works there is a jerk! Yelled at my bf for using his microfiber rag because the brushes leave scratches. The sign says no bucket washes but that’s not at all what he was doing and what does it matter if you are spending money. That guy has a bad attitude!!! Then I go to wash one of our work vehicles and accidentally when taking off caught the hose and it ripped off he cussed me out saying I was just going to leave which wasn’t the case at all! Had to call my boss to have him talk to him and he said the same what a jerk! Going to loose business over this guy!

Picked the $9 basic wash at drive through wash machine, which was outrageous price, but was then charged $10 instead and then to add to this negative experience all they did was just rinse my car 3 times, no soap, for $10. Stay away!

This is one of a few self service car washes left and they know it, machines always busted because they let the gram kiddies hang out in the bays. I was asked to move while waiting on a bay but these intstagram chasers are allowed to block bays while they hang out.

My first impression of this business was not a great one! I went to wash my husbands extended cab long bed Chevy 2500, as I tried to wash it the owner/worker came out to yell at me that the water is going out to the street and I need to pull the truck in farther and wash it then move it back to finish washing it so the water doesn’t go into the street…. Remind you this is mid summer at this point. I haven’t been back since. Yesterday I was in desperate need of a quick wash and it was cold so I took my car through the automatic car wash and when I got out my car looked EXACTLY THE SAME!!!! This place is terrible! From overbearing owner/worker to losing money for your vehicle to look the same!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!! The pictures are AFTER I went through the car wash!!

I’ve used kinked garden hoses that had more pressure. Virtually no visible soap as well.

What does the word unlimited mean? I've always thought it meant no limit... you pay for the unlimited car washes here and what you really get is one wash a day not Unlimited. I figured that be pretty obvious since you put a limit on the washes. Wth I thought that kind of advertising was illegal??? Your sign should say limited car washes for a monthly fee. Fix that please.
