Stephanie (apologies for possible misspelling) was very thorough on questions, making sure what I was saying and what I wanted was understood before doing it. It made the experience much easier. I'm also very happy with my haircut! Quick and easy, and found out it was cheaper than the place I usually go, so hey, that works! Hope to be back!
They also took good care of my partner, who came in for a trim, and she ended up even getting some facial framing as well, and that turned out really cute. I didn't catch her stylist's name, though, unfortunately.

Kenny is awesome at cutting hair. She's the only reason we keep coming back. This last time she wasn't there when we came in and another lady cut my son's hair... She cut his hair too short. But overall, it still came out great.

Worst haircut I had ever had, anywhere. When she started out it was like an untrained person and didn’t know how to do it at all. Fairly simple short hairstyle, but it is choppy and very uneven. I don’t know if I should go back or try another place. They should refund or fix it I know, can’t go to work like this no doubt.

My daughter had really long hair that went down to her lower back. She asked to keep it long but to cut 4 inches off and layers. Well the Barber might need a tape measure bc she cut off 8-9 inches. My daughter's hair is now shoulder length and my teenager is having a melt down it looks OK she just cut off way to much

Excellent service. Friendly, professional staff. I have to knock one star off though for cost. I have little hair. Bald on top I am. Generally, it takes the hair stylist maybe 5 mins but I get charged for someone with Tom Cruise hair.

Never been disappointed with the hair cuts! I have been using Great Clips in several states while out of town and never been disappointed. My information is brought up in all the Great Clip locations do I can sign in online which is so very convenient!

This place needs to retrain or have the people go back to school 2 days before wedding and lady cut one side of my head and faded it up while the other side was half way done hair on my left is longer than my right didn't find out til I washed it when I got home and tried styling it but now I have this hug cowlick on one side of my head and then more hair than the other on the opposite side.
