I would give a 0 star if I could. All the GNC protein powdered was marked but one get on 50% off. Including the single packs. I had a trip coming up and grabbed 4. For to the register and they didn't ring up. The gentleman ringing us up let us know their employee must have marked them wrong cuz they weren't on sale. While I sympathize, they are advertised and they need to honor. He next declared he's the manger and he doesn't have to do anything and walks over and remove the sale tag and says "there, they are no longer marked". Great customer service. And we let them know we were canceling our transaction and how poor his customer service was. Not only as a person but especially as a manager. He was extremely rude!!!

The manager Shawn was running a little under 10 mins late, no big deal but as I’m standing outside he says nothing and opens the door and locks it immediately after. I wait a while longer and it’s 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open so I knock. He screams from the inside “If I’m so impatient just leave”. I was shocked and wasn’t sure if I head him right so I waited. 9:20 he finally opens the door and has the audacity to tell me to leave for being rude. Once I pushed passed him to get my protein powder and go about my way he wouldn’t sell it to me. I will NEVER go back to this location. His name is Shawn and was the MANAGER. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went into the store tonight I was treated very rudely the manager reminded me that his store was number one He's very improfessional but he needs to remember that he is just a body who is there to take our money for us who make four times more money than he will ever make in his entire life a year The location is great The prices are great The professionalism and the person unfortunately collecting the money is below standard as he told me research what I want and grab it I got no help at all and he treated me like he would never see me Little does he know I will be back every time I knew supplements because he has nothing to do with it!!!

I come in every two week to pick up my preworkout. I showed up 5/29/21 at 8:58am. Not realizing they didn’t open until 9:00am. 2minute difference… I walked in because the door was unlocked and looked open. the guy working the morning shift refused my business cause it was 2min early even though I knew exactly what I needed. Needless to sat GNC lost a loyal customer cause of poor customer service… OVER 2min. Keep the door locked if you’re not open.. and to top it off I said okay if you don’t want my business I’ll take it elsewhere. He followed up with well we have plenty off business so go for it. straight douchebag working the counter.

Staff person could not wait to get me out the door. Did not at all seem interested in helping me get what I needed. Unless he had to use the restroom really bad there is no excuse for treating a customer that way!

My husband came in looking for something specific. The man working there was completely unprofessional and very smarmy. He basically sat there and tried to talk him out of what he wanted to purchase. He gave my husband attitude and was very condescending. When he went to purchase what he wanted, the guy said "go ahead and waste your money." He also told my husband if he didn't know his macro-nutrients, he was wasting his time there. So my husband put what he was going to purchase back and walked out. Dude lost over $100 in Sales.

around 6:45 PM today I got my pre and post workout, customer service is Good but I highly recommend to use masks. Because person who is helping me In the store has no mask ? on him and he has his running nose on. For customer safety and the agent safety I highly recommend to use masks!!!!
