The only reason I gave a 2 instead of a one, is because they had what I was looking for. I looked for 15 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with 3 people sitting at desks next to the counter and not one person asked if I needed to check out our get someone to check me out. This was my first visit and I was very disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. It's like the hardware stores of the old days. I highly recommend this place and I shop there for many reasons. One big one is I love helping the little guy instead the big chain stores where everyone has a great experience

A bolt broke on my husband's excavator and he sent me to find a replacement. My first stop was Garner and I was in & out in less than five minutes! Marvin was kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I returned an item with receipt and they would only refund the exact amount of the item but not the taxes I paid second time I went I was there about 6 min before they closed and told sorry we are closed and I asked but it's not noon yet and was told we have places to be.Bad service

This store has always been amazing when it comes to customer service. I go there mainly for my wild bird feeding supplies, my husband goes for building supplies. We're both always happy!

I was surprised! Many, many years ago I dreaded having to come here due to their (over) pricing. Not dreading it now! Their price are competitive and the staff is all too ready to help in any way they can!

My most trusted hardware store in Rogers !!Jack,Johnny,Marvon & Landon always get me what I need and help me out when I have questions. Can’t say enough about the people here . And let’s not forget the guys out back they always load me up and are so friendly. I Always choose local first and this is my first and almost always my last stop as well . Keep up the great work guys .

My wife has bought me two gifts from here. Both times she said the employees were very helpful. They instructed her on the best items for what I was looking to use them for. We painted our house with paint from here too and I've purchased innumerable hardware. Cant recommend enough

This is like a big candy store. Has all the little bits and pieces you need ,especially the hard to find ones. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Truly and old fashioned store I could browes for hours. Not o my do they have the tools and hardware items you need,they also have building materials for your construction needs. Be sure and look them up
