Everything locked up in cages like you're shopping in the worst area of a major city is ridiculous!!!This is not the Home Depot that I've prioritized shopping over Lowes because I thought it delivered a better shopping experience. I won't be back.We need a Menards!

If I could give negative stars I would. 3rd time now I have had to wait a minimum 30 min and still no one to help at curbside but employees walking around on their phones. They wonder why their company is actually failing. POS company with POS employees

Went for a gallon of wood stain. The young guy working in the paint Department didn't even acknowledge me standing at the counter waiting for his help. He was too busy with the new gloves he had just went pick out from the shelf. I said hello and he then asked what he could do for me. I showed him what I had come for from a photo and asked his opinion on which color he thought it was according to the color chart. He looked at the color chart and said he wasn't sure, then walked off to get a belt clip from a cabinet to place his new gloves onto. WOW!! He then returned to me and I asked again if he thought this was the color, showing him the photo and the color chart. He said he couldn't say because if I don't like it I will then say "Well the paint guy told me it was this one". WOW. I then said okay, and walked off. He also walked away from the counter and began playing on his phone.

I will NEVER order at HOME DEPOT.Com. I ordered A patio set with fire pit.1. Online track date was wrong and when it said it would be delivered on the 4th. It NEVER was UPDATED. After going through long waits for customer service, it was discovered that the Shipper only ships to Arkansas once a week. They rescheduled for the 12th.2. When arrived with OUT a 30Min Prior phone call the boxes were torn. See photos.3. Covers for seat cushions were not shipped. 4. Home Depot called shipper who said "they will check the loading dock and get back to me in a few days"In the end , after 5 calls to Customer service waiting to talk to a live person..it was decided to refund the covers and then just re order them. Covers are tracked to be delivered on Tuesday I'm not holding my breath.

Got a washer that was defective at delivery, makes the most god-awful grinding noise and sounds like it's just going to fall apart. Had been told multiple times by Home Depot a replacement would be granted since I contacted within 48 hours but never happened. A technician came to look at it and confirmed a replacement would be sent, waited a week and heard nothing, called again and was told it would be delivered that Friday, another technician showed up WITHOUT the washer and said he was just under the impression he was checking it.He also confirmed a replacement would be needed but said Home Depot had to put in the request, since he was from a third party. Between a month of phone calls totaling up to SEVENTEEN, the final "resolution" was "load it up yourself and bring it to us for a refund then place a new order". So more waiting? At least a week if not two of no washer when already been minimizing use? And finding a way to haul a washer? This is a joke.

Would give zero. Not so much an issue with Home Depot, Rogers but issue with the vendor they use to deliver and install. Terrible customer service and did everything they could to get out of making the delivery that was planned for over a month Driving 2.5 miles to the correct road for delivery was too out of their way. And I find this out in the last 15 minutes of the delivery after I drove 700 miles to be there I will avoid all Home Depot's in the future due to this experience and will continue to spread the word on this terrible experience

I don't normally go to Home Depot but I went yesterday with my daughter. She called me and said to be ready that she was buying me a blower. So of course I got ready and was very pleased with this store. The staff was very helpful on helping us find what we was looking for. The store is laid out very nicely and very clean inside. We found what we needed and checked out without any waiting. I would consider shopping here again

I needed 2 boards for a small project. I asked the clerk if the price of $5 and some change was correct for the boards that I selected. He affirmed that the price was correct. When I went to checkout the price for each board was twice as much. It's not a lot of money, but it is annoying. He should have checked the price. Anyway, merry Christmas!

bought flooring for install. no one ever mentioned that there could be a problem with my sub floor having too much moisture. they returned all my money except $200. They took no responsibility at all

Clean except for the isle where I was looking for garden bed edges and yard carts. Products were mixed and many slots were empty. Inventory stacks filled the entire area. Wonder it the product I was looking for was in a pile somewhere?

Do not purchase appliances from the. If you do they won’t be installed properly and when they don’t work you will not be able to get anyone to help you! Customer service is terrible!!! Never again will I buy from home depot!

I complained to the main office about lack of professionalism with an employee designing (or so he said) my kitchen cabinet layout. He did it exactly like I ask him not to. He also scheduled me an appointment, knew I was there and left. He finally had to come back to his desk because he had another person scheduled. He told me he’d been super busy and couldn’t take care of me that day. There’s more but not worth my time to put it in print.
